"What are you talking about?" Allison asked with confusion. "The Sanderson Sisters are my aunts. I was the one who casted the immortality spell upon myself so that I was able to live forever while they perished." I raised my hands and made my Halloween costume revert back into the outfit I wore three hundred years ago.

The three friends just stared back at me in horror, Dani was the most afraid, "Are you gonna hurt us like your aunts?" "No, I'm nothing like my aunts. I have hated those three hags ever since they kidnapped me from my parents." I reassured the little girl. "How do we know if you're telling the truth?" Allison asked cautiously. "If I were anything like my aunts I wouldn't tell you if I was going to hurt you." I told her.
Max, Dani, and Allison considered my response,
"Okay." They all said.
"I know how to get in," I had them follow me. I used a spell to open the wooden door.
"That was cool!" Dani exclaimed. "I've been practicing," I curtsied to humor her. "For how long?" "Three-hundred years." I grinned and that made her laugh.

The inside of the house was pitch black and super dusty. We all started coughing from inhaling the dust. "I can't see a thing." Dani coughed. I made a ball of light appear in my hand to help Allison find the light switch. Luckily she did find one and we stared in awe at the exhibit of the Sanderson Sisters.

Aunt Winnie's cauldron was covered in cobwebs and dust. The sisters' brooms were mounted to the wall, and the dreaded spell book was inside a glass case. "Whoa," Max said in awe.

We all started to look around; my friends were intrigued at the history that was right in front of them. However, I was trying my hardest to not have an anxiety attack from reliving the horrors I endured.

"Check this out," Allison waved us over to the spell book. "It was given to Winifred Sanderson by the devil himself; it's bound in human skin and contains the recipes for her most powerful and evil spells," she read the description on the display plaque. "I get the picture," Dani said with disgust.

"I have seen many horrifying things come out of that book, and when Aunt Winnie gets set on a spell; it's like trying to stop a rabid wolf from attacking," I noticed my old Salem dialect was coming back into my vocabulary. "I can't imagine." Allison said with sympathy.

"What's that?" Max asked pointing to the thing that I didn't miss. It was the Black Flame Candle, sitting ominously on its perch. "That's the Black Flame Candle." I told him with a shaky voice.

This intrigued him, and he read the description, and then he got the worst idea imaginable, "Let's light this sucker and meet the old broads." "Not a good idea, you shouldn't mess with dark magic." I warned. "Max it's time to go," Dani was just as afraid as I was. "She's right, let's go." Allison prompted. "Oh come on, it's just a bunch of hocus pocus." he lit a match and then lit the candle...

"Max no!" I screamed in terror. The flame went from bright orange to dark black, and then all the lightbulbs on the chandelier burnt out. We were screaming in terror as the floorboards beneath us began to shake! I tried to get to the ladder to the loft where I used to sleep but it was to no avail.

The shaking stopped, but flames appeared on the candles where lightbulbs used to be. The wicked laughter of my aunts pierced the air. "Hide!" I screamed to my friends. "What about you?" Max asked exasperated. "They'll trust me, I don't want them to hurt you. Now hide!"

He obeyed my instructions and the door swung open; the Sanderson Sisters had returned.
