"What are we going to do?" Max asked, I could see he was feeling anxious about his sister getting captured again. "I don't know," Allison said just as worried.
"The witches could be killing her as we speak." Max was pacing back and forth, running a hand through his hair."I know my aunts, they like to take their time with a spell. They also do that for intimidation." I told my friends. "If we make our way to the Sanderson House now, then we can rescue Dani in time. As you know, my aunts are extremely gullible." I got an idea, "We could make them think the sun has already risen, and that's how we can get Dani out of there."
My friends looked at me, impressed. "That's a great plan, Destiny." Max said with hopefulness. "How could we make it look like the sun has already risen?" Thackery asked, thinking of ways."Max, did you say that your Dad left his car here?" Allison asked, she looked like she got an idea. "Yeah, my parents decided to take Mom's car to the party," he replied. "While you, Destiny, and Thackery go inside the house; I will turn the brights on the headlights simulating a sunrise," she told Max.
"Well then, what are we standing around for? Let's go." Max said with determination.
The four of us got into Mr. Dennison's car and Max drove us to the Sanderson House. Allison sat in the front passengers seat next to Max, and Thackery and I sat next to each other, holding onto each other like our lives depended on it. The two of us had been through a nightmare lasting three-hundred years, and we have had to fight for our relationship because the Sanderson Sisters would stop at nothing to stop us from being together; because they wanted to keep me and take away my light magic by influencing me to practice dark magic like they did.
I was persistent in using my magic for good and to protect myself and those I loved from the powers of darkness.
Arriving at the Sanderson House...
We arrived at the house with plenty of time to spare. Thackery and I snuck through the back entrance only he and I knew about while Max and Allison stayed at the front.
Holding hands, Thackery and I made our way inside, and then we saw the most peculiar thing; Jay and Ernie were suspended in the air in tiny cages. Looking at the two boys was making me anxious.
Jay was the first to notice us, "Hey, it's Destiny!" he whispered loudly, but I quickly shushed him, "Keep talking if you want to get us caught." I looked at their predicament, "How did you guys even get here?"
"We were just hanging out eating candy, and then one of the witches was sniffing my shoe and we accidentally called all three of them ugly," Ernie told me with embarrassment. "Calling witches ugly will get you in a world of pain," I scolded, attempting not to laugh. "Wait, how do you know?" Jay asked dumbfounded.
"Because they're my aunts," I replied, I knew there was no use in trying to make up an excuse, because the two bullies were here in the Sanderson House, and they had felt the wrath of the Sanderson Sisters.
"That means you're actually a witch!" Ernie was about to scream, but I used a quick spell to seal his mouth shut, "Would you please shut up?" I scolded. "Don't worry, I'll get you guys out of here, but you need to do exactly as I say," I instructed.
"Yes ma'am," Jay rapidly nodded and Ernie grunted in agreement while nodding.
I then glared at Ernie, "As for you, if I let you out then you need to give Max his shoes back. What you did was unacceptable."
Ernie attempted to protest but he had forgotten his moth was sealed shut. "Unless you want to stay imprisoned here," I threatened. My threat caused him to protest again with grunts, but I knew he would comply, because he knew what would happen if he made a witch angry.
