" So how come you didn't correct me whenever I called you the wrong name ? " I asked .

I was in the park because Kam and King wanted to come and I bump into Trevan . He has a 4 year old daughter .

" Because , don't freak out when I say this because I'm creeped out just as much as you are . My mom calls me Isaiah cause that's my middle name " He explained .

I widened my eyes and stopped walking , being dramatic " Oh wow that is weird " I said and continued walking with him .

I wasn't walking away . There's a sidewalk that borders the park and it goes in a circle . Kind of like a track for kids . You'd think it'd be boring walking in circles but I'm having such a good conversation .

" So what's your full name ? " I asked .

" Trevan Isaiah Brown " Ironic .

" Wow " I shook my head . good luck and bad luck just keeps coming with this boy .

" What ? " He asked .

" That's my ex-husband's last name " I said . I never that I'd have to call Chris my ex-husband .

" Is that also the father of your child ? " He asked . Yes , I told him I am pregnant . There's not point in lying or being ashamed . I thought it'd be unfair to keep a secret like that .

" So what's your full name ? " He asked changing the subject .

" Kyler Crystal Waters " I responded .

" When's your birthday ? " He asked .

" August 21st . You ? "

" You know why Tauruses are good for ? "

I turned around at the sight of Chris storming over to us fuming .

" So this must be him huh " Trevan chuckled while Chris was sizing him up .

" What's your problem Chris ? " I asked pushing him away and stepping in front of Trevan .

" What ? Are you his bodyguard or some shit like that ? He asked now sizing me up .

" Boy , the moment you gave yourself to someone else is the exact moment you lost all rights of knowing about me and my whereabouts . It's my time to keep the kids so you have no concern with them right now "

" Kyler , I don't give a fuck if it's Jesus' turn . My kids are always my concern " He shot back . Okay that's true .

" I wanna know why you with a nigga that's half your age " How did he graduate from high school ? Like df

" Why you acting half her age ? " Trevan butted in . Yass nigga put him in his place .

Chris straight punched him directly into the nose . I gasped as I heard a crack . They started fighting and wrestling in the grass .

I grabbed my kids and left . My kids ain't about to be around all that . But damn my boo Trevan really did have a good point . He just popped like bam !
