" Where are their parents ? " The judge asked .

" That's the point . They purposely left them here with me , without my agreement and left to Florida to party . I personally contacted them and so did my lawyers and they still haven't shown up " I explained .

" So why should I give them to you and not foster care ? " He asked .

" Because I have more than enough money to take care of these 2 girls . Not to brag but my album Killah Ky is still off the charts after about 6 months and I am married to THE Chris Brown . Simone and Belle will be more than taken care of . You have my word " I said .

" Alright . Once you sign these papers , that means you are now the legal parent / guardian of Simone Artis and Belle Richards " I twirled the pen looking at the paper .

Even though I haven't told Chris yet . I'm sure he wouldn't mind .

I signed the papers and Simone hugged me tightly causing Belle to do the same .

" You guys are now officially Simome and Belle Brown " I said to them .

We got back in my car and I made sure Belle was strapped securely in her seatbelt . Remind me to buy a car seat for her .

We walked inside the house to see Chris on the couch watching TV .

" Hey babe . Where were you ? " He asked " And why you dressed all formal like ? " He asked .

" Speaking of that . Uhh I just got custody of them " I said .

" Custody ? Fuck you mean custody ? You ain't talk to me about this shit . Who said I wanted anymore kids anyway ? "

" Really ? But weren't you the main one that said you wanted 5 kids and more "

" Yeah 5 of MY kids . You don't just go around signing kids in your name and shit . They are not our responsibility " Chris fired back .

" Chris , their mothers left them alone while they went to Florida to party . What the hell was I supposed to do ? " I yelled back .

Chris rubbed his temples taking a deep breath .

" Look , no one is saying we couldn't have kept them until we figured something out but for you to make them legally OUR kids without my consent or much less my god damn awareness is fucked up and the shit ain't happening " He shook his head .

" I did it because Belle's mom was gonna come back and take custody of them and I didn't want her to because she's not responsible enough " I explained .

" Why the hell do you care anyway ? Damn "

" Well I'm so fucking sorry for having a big heart " I threw my hands in the air in defeat .

" Naah , I'm sorry but we ain't keeping these damn kids . Simone's aunt is around my age and back then she couldn't conceive so maybe she'll take her " He said scrolling through his contacts .

" As far as Belle . Just let her mother have her . Stay in your lane Kyler . The lane that involves your husband and your OWN 2 kids " He rolled his eyes .

Just shut the fuck up already , Jesus Christ .

After an hour of him making phone calls and doing a bunch of shit he finally stood in front of me .

" Well tomorrow we're gonna meet up at the courthouse and you're gonna sign your rights over to her alright . And that's gonna be then end of it " He stated .
