Chapter 1: A visit

6 months after the ceremony.
Percy was currently at beach thinking about his life. Annabeth was always at Olympus, remodelling and building stuffs etc. She also got her chance in Athens. Gods created portal that allows movement in between two camps. The portal was at a hidden place as if an attack occurs they can surprise enemies with attacking from behind. It was only to be used for army movement only. His thoughts were interrupted by flash near him that gived smell sea.
"Good evening dad" Percy wished his father and hugged him. "Good evening Percy, how was your day? ". Poseidon hugged back and asked his son.
" Oh nothing just the casual things. Training and teaching. "
"Oh it must be boring so much"
"Yeah"
"Percy, as you know you are crowned prince. So we need to increase your power and train you in different weapons" "Also I need your help in some other matters also"
Percy nodded his head in understanding and thought about it. He doesn't have any more thing here to do anyway. Also as Annaneth is always busy he could go with his dad and meet his family down there. He asked"Ok dad. When should I come to you? "
"If you are ready then you shall come tomorrow early morning. So we could have some family time apart "
"Ok dad I will be there if there is no trouble holding me back".
Poseidon hugged his son goodbye and clashed away . And starts to prepare for Percy's arrival.
While Percy returned to his cabin and I.Med his mom about his training. After finish his call with his mother he tries to I.M Annabeth, as usual she wasn't available. He started roaming in camp talking with his fellows and helping small children. He heard a cry and runs toward the source of voice. He saw a boy running away 3 hellhounds and 1 drakon. He quickly let himself to battle. He killed hellhounds and slayed drakon. He walked towards the boy who seemed 16. While he reached boy, the boy lunges toward him and wrestled him.
His sword fell from a sudden attack. Boy tries to grab the sword but burns his hand. Percy quickly take his sword and caps it back to pen form . He saw boys hand burnt. He quickly summon fire in his hand and started to heal boy. While he thought about the incident when Hephaestus asked for riptide to upgrade weapon to more powerful one.

|Flashback|
After a week or something he was summoned by Hephaestus to perform a quest for him. Something that he needed from mortal world. It was practically not a hard stuff for him to do but he was busy. He completed his quest. After his quest Hephaestus asked for riptide and explained his reason.
|Timeskip|
After two weeks Hephaestus returned his sword. He uncapped his sword. A 4ft long sword sprang out. Sword was more powerful and has a more powerful aura. Hephaestus said that "After the reward ceremony Gods decided to give you a gift. As we know your relation with this sword they asked me to upgrade it" "So, this version of this sword is mainly made of imperial bronze , silver and atlantian platinum. It is then coated with atlantic silver and steel. Its edges are then made and sharped with some Olympian platinum, which is a very rare metal and Obsidian silver. It's hilt is made of imperial gold and bronze. Its enchantment has also upgraded which will return to you in less than 2mins. Also it allows only you to wield this. Someone tries to will be burned from it. It is also blessed by your father, increasing sea's essence. I also had help tyson and briaries also. "
"Thank you, lord. But may I ask why was the quest if you can ask me directly"
"Oh where is fun in that? ".
" Ok Lord Hephaestus. And once more thankyou for this sword "

Percy healed the boy from severe injuries. As he finished he saw campers walking towards them .
He helped up boy asked to follow. He walked past the barrier and saw a blue glow on his head. Chiron trotted towards boy and asked for his name.
"Jade Skye"
"All hail Jade Skye, Son of Hercules, God of Strength"
Boy started to boast "hey guys did you see that, I slayed all those monsters without any training. " Percy didn't mind his words and walked to his cabin. When he was lying on his bed an I.M appeared.
Annabeth"hey seaweed brain"
"Oh hey wise girl"
"What's it, you are dull".
" Oh its nothing. Annabeth how was your day"she started to explain her architecture and plans about. Percy was happy to hear that his wise girl is happy.Percy didn't get his chance to answer her. He was cutoff by annabeth"bye Percy, I am so much busy"she didn't say another word and ended the message.
Percy was dumbfounded by her attitude but, he didn't realize she was drifting away. So he wrote a letter to her and send it via Hermes couriers. He then moved towards the big house to tell Chiron about his training in atlantis. When he reached there he greeted chiron and asked about the new one. They spoke until it was time for bed. Chiron asked him"Percy we need to train Jade. It will be good if you help me train him"
"But Chiron, my father asked my presence in atlantis for my training" "And did you know what I observed from jades attitude, he is arrogant and attention-seeker, maybe power hungry too"
"Yes Percy, I noticed it thats why I asked you to help me "
"Ok Chiron, I need to reach atlantis early morning. so it's best to go to sleep now".
