Chapter 7: Mortal.

Percy flashed to his room in and packed his bag with his clothes. He also packed his weapons. He took out his riptide and uncapped it. It silently gave his memories with her.
He wished if it could change its appearance. He then remembered Hephaestus's words.
"Perseus you can change its name if you want. Also it can change its appearance according if you wish. This contains your blood in and is bounded to your life".
Percy pictured a new appearance for riptide. Then riptide glowed sea green with blue. When it died down there was a new sword in his hands.
He thought of a name for it. He got name for it and chanted " I Perseus Jackson hereby rename anaklusmos or riptide to 'sfodrós anemostróvilos' or Maelstorm". He hold sword up. He felt a new power rushing through him. He also felt the power of others who owned riptide before like Zoe and Hercules. He capped it back and continued his packing. He walked towards his mom and brothers. He explained everything to them and said his goodbye. He hugged them, they also hugged him back.  He flashed to camp or to Pegasus stables specifically. He said his goodbye to Blackjack. Blackjack was adamant in telling Percy to take him with percy. But he agreed finally in staying in camp. He was sad. He took a silent vow to never let anyone from camp to ride him or get near him other than his boss.
Percy flashed to his cabin in camp. He took necessary things from there.
He walked towards big house. He heard many campers murmuring seeing him. He didn't mind them. He reached big house and saw his centaur there. He asked him to call Clarisse, Chris and Stolls there. He explained everything to them.
"Chiron you were always a trainer and was a father figure in my life" Percy said towards his trainer.
"You were my son also Percy"
Chiron answered him.
"Hey guys, I now understand you were only my true friends. I will always remember you. Clarisse don't hurt campers or newbies. Chris take care of her. Also Stolls good luck in pranking. Travis take care of Katie"
Percy said his goodbye to them.
" I will Percy " Chris replied. Travis was shocked. Seeing this Percy chuckled and said" Travis you are my friend. I always know anything in your life as long as your friend"
"I will Percy " Travis said.
"So prissy is this a goodbye or something. Because I have a bad thought about it" Clarisse said with tears in her eyes.
"It is" Percy said while wiping his tears. All of them had tears in their eyes. "Good bye guys, please take care" Percy hugged them And broked away. He flashed to camp border .
He petted Peleus and murmured  "Good bye my friends. Good bye Camp half blood. " And walked away.

He got to his mother's apartment in Manhattan. He cried there until he fall asleep.

Next day, he decided to live as a mortal. He prepared a list of things for him to do.He was packing things there when two flash came there. He saw Hera and Hestia. He bowed to them.They said " Percy don't bow to us.We are sorry for your loss. But we came to ask a question to you" Percy was confused but nodded. They asked " Percycanweadoptyouasourson".
Percy didn't catch them,he asked " My ladies I didn't understand "
"Percy we asked can we adopt you as our son" Hestia asked.Percy was shocked and said " I  will be honoured mothers".
Hera and Hestia squealed and chanted,
"I Hera, Queen Of gods, Hereby adopt Perseus Jackson as my son keeping Hestia,Goddess of Hearth and Nature as Witness"
"I Hestia,Goddess of Hearth,Hereby adopt Perseus Jackson as My son keeping Hera,Goddess of Marriage ,Queen of Gods and Nature As my witnesses."
"Mothers as you know I need break, So this includes you as well,but i promise when i decide to come back I will inform you first" They nodded.

He decided to go California as it was one of the best place he visited.  He travelled to there. He rented an apartment to live.

|Time Skip| 18 yrs

Percy had never used his powers for all this time. He now had a very peaceful life.

Percy travelled across the world. He learn many new things. He had degrees now.
He completed his degree in Marine Science and Marine Engineering from California University.
He completed IT engineering from U
He completed Robics Engineering from Japan.
He also completed  Automobile engineering from Germany.
He also had a degree over Architecture from Australia.
