Chapter 5
Jaesey's POV*
Tyler and I sat for a while just talking about Michael. I really liked Michael as a person, he had everything going for him. The whole reason why Tyler even had us over was to try to get us just in a room alone together, then he went out and faked a phone call until Michael left. He wanted Michael to kiss me and I wanted him too but he didn't. I'm not necessarily looking for a relationship with Mikey, they never end well for me and I'd want him in my life for a long time. Maybe just a friend's with benefits kind of thing for a while. All I know though is that I'm attracted to him in almost every way.
-
It was 11 at night and there was a knock at my door. I was in my pajamas, plaid pants and a tank top, I had my hair in a messy pony tail too, no make up or anything. I opened he door and sure enough it was him. His hands behind his back and he looked like he had the same idea considering he was also in pajama pants.
"So uh, the guys went out to a bar, and I got the room to myself," Mikey pulled out a bottle of Jack behind his back, "Wanna come over?" He smiled.
I grinned a little and nodded, I stepped out of the room, shutting the door behind me. I followed Michael, "How was rehearsals?"
"It was alright, kinda boring but I couldn't wait to come back." He said. We took the elevator a few floors up and then went straight to his room, he had a suite. I've never been in any of the suites and they were honestly very gorgeous. It definetly looked like guys lived here though as it wasn't the neatest but I didn't mind. We went into a side room which I'm guessing was Michaels, his part was very tidy actually.
Michael sat against his headboard, propping himself up, I sat down next to him. He opened the bottle of Jack and took a quick swig making a bit of a pucker face afterwords then handed it to me.
I grabbed it and repeated his actions. We continued this while making small talk until both of us where actually feeling the effects of the alcohol. "So I was thinking today, I'm gonna be here till Sunday, and is there anyway I could stay with you a few extra days?"
"I mean yeah, yeah that's fine I'd like that." I said happily.
I felt my cheeks were warm including my chest, my eyes were droopy but I couldn't get the smile off my face. Neither could Michael though. Soon enough though the bottle was empty, it wasn't too big of a bottle so we could still handle ourselves also considering we didn't rush anything.
Michael was passing in and out mostly cause he's drunk but cause it was almost one thirty in the morning. "Do you have any food?" I asked him maybe if I get him up and moving he'll stay awake. He nodded and began to get up. I followed him but not noticing I was very stumbly, very very stumbly. He was too, but since we haven't got up since we started drinking it's hitting us harder now. I was giggling though, and he was too at the fact that I was holding onto the wall.
Michael stuck his hand out towards me I grabbed it and then he led me to the kitchen. His fingers were so calloused and bigger then mine. It was comforting to say the least. In the kitchen he gently let go of my hand and opened the fridge. "We have eggos oh my God," Mikey pulled out a box of eggo waffles.
"I could eat so many eggos right now," luckily the box was unopened. I managed to find a plate and Michael began putting them in the toaster. We could only fit so many in the toaster that we had to do that a few times. Once we got our food successfully we made our way back to his room. Michael shut his door, "They're probably going to be back soon." I sat criss crossed on his bed eating a waffle. Michael came over and sat down next to me and soon enough we heard the front door open and a bunch of hollering and noise coming from the rest of the boys. They all sounded pretty drunk as well. "Michael!" We heard in a very high pitched voice. Calum came through his bedroom door and stopped when he saw me. He smiled, "Michael there's a girl in your bed. Michael has a girl in his bed!" Calum shouted. Mikey threw a waffle at Calum hitting him dead in the chest. Calum picked the waffle up off the ground and took a bite out of it.
"I'll leave you two alone," Calum winked and then slowly left. We could hear them yelling but eventually they settled down.
"I'm sorry about that," Michael said quietly.
"It's okay it was kinda funny," I reassured him.
I moved the ate of food so we could actually stretch out our legs. "Will you stay the night?" Michael said after a small moment of silence.
"I don't know.. I have work tomorrow.." I can't be getting up at 5 am here. Michael looked sad after I said that, I began to panic and started just mumbling to myself I grabbed my phone quickly and sent Tyler a text, to see if he can cover the morning for a while by himself. Luckily he was still awake and only agreed to because I told him I'd be with Michael. "So I texted Tyler and he said he'll cover me tomorrow so if I can I'd love to stay the night.." Michaels face lit up again and that's what made me happy. I laid down next to him a little closer this time though, I may be drunk but I can still think right, it just gave me a bit of confidence. It seemed like it gave him a bit of confidence too because as soon as I laid down Michaels hand found mine again. I felt his fingers intertwine between mine. His thumb lightly grazed the back of my hand and it was very relazing.
"Hey Jae?" He spoke up.
"Yeah?"
"Would you be mad if I kissed you?" He blurted out but it didn't sound like he tried to hold back.
"Not at all."
"Thank god." Michael leaned up on his elbow again so he was somewhat leaning over me. He didn't hesitate, he let his other hand rest on my side and he moved his face closer to mine. I closed my eyes and felt his lips on mine, maybe it's the jack but for a second I felt like I couldn't breathe. I put my hand on the side of his face and rested it down to the side of his neck. Michael moved his lips with mine. It wasn't sloppy either, it was pretty neat and pretty light.
It felt like hours we did this until he let his hands wander. Again maybe it's the jack but I really don't think that either of us will be regretting this in the morning.
