A month passes and everyone in Mobius is preparing for a festival, as Sapphire is walking around Station Square, looking for a vegetarian restaurant. Rouge soon bumps into Sapphire, whilst heading to Blaze's house.
"Hey, Rouge. How's it going?" Sapphire greets
"Everything's alright, sweetie. Are you ready for the festival?" Rouge responds
"What's happening?"
"Oh, you don't know. Every April, everyone in and around Mobius gather in Station Square to celebrate the peace that we're living in. But, since word has gotten out about your new role, that'll also be celebrated."
"Yeah, exactly what I wanted to hear." Sapphire responds, sarcastically
"Are you alright, sweetie?"
"It's just that I was famous in my native world and completely hated it. What's gonna make this any different?"
"You make a valid point, Sapphire. I don't know how to help."
"Anyway, do you know a vegetarian restaurant nearby? I'm looking for somewhere to have lunch."
"The only one I know is in the area of Mobius I told you about; I don't know anywhere in Station Square, sorry sweetie."
"It's alright, I'll ask Amy if I bump into her."
Rouge and Sapphire say goodbye and Sapphire gets back to her search, to not find a place to eat. Soon, Shadow and Amy notice her en route.
"Hey, babe. Are you alright?" Amy greets
"I'm looking for a vegetarian restaurant to eat at." Sapphire responds
"Is that why you've not been eating meals, if meat is paired with the sides?" Shadow asks
Sapphire nods, nervously as Shadow and Amy look at each other in concern.
"So, let me get this straight; you're vegetarian?" Amy asks
"Yes, that's correct. I didn't wanna say it, so I started dropping hints instead. Turns out that approach, didn't work."
Sapphire soon lowers her ears, in shame.
"Amy, do you know anywhere Sapphire could eat at?" Shadow asks
"Unfortunately, there still isn't anywhere in Station Square; although more Mobians are ditching meat for good." Amy answers, lowering her ears
"Have you got the same problem, Ames?"
"Yes, I have. The Mobians here still sell fish meals, but I no longer eat them."
"Why not Ames?" Sapphire asks
"Where they get their fish from is less than favourable, not to mention how they catch them. It's awful, it really is."
Sapphire soon has an idea.
"I bumped into Rouge before you two came. She said that there's a vegetarian restaurant in a flashy part of Mobius."
"You do know that we need to catch a train, right? That place is no-where near close to where we live."
"You make a valid point. But I don't know where to get ingredients from, not to mention that I'll only be cooking for two."
"We could get you there, the ingredients you're after are in the market. You just need to know where to look." Shadow responds, finishing unenthusiastically
"Are you alright, Shads?"
"I'm not a fan of the market; it's hard to find anything I want, with so many stalls to go to."
