Kazuichis pov

"achoo!"

I jumped in surprise. Miu was having a sneezing fit.

"come here baby. Let me take your temperature" I said placing the thermometer in her mouth I took it out and looked at her.

"It's pretty high baby. Are you feeling alright?" I asked gently.

"no mommy I don't feel good at all" she whined as she rubbed her snotty nose.

"oh you poor baby" I picked her up and kissed his forehead "there's no way you'll be able to go to school today. We best get you back into bed"

"but mommy there's a Christmas party today" miu whined.

"I'm sorry baby your going to have to miss it"

"aww" miu teared up slightly.

"poor kid" I thought to myself as I carried him to bed.

*time skip*

"here you are baby. A nice glass of water will take that temperature of yours down" I said handing her the glass.

"ok" she sighed as she slowly sipped the water. I guess she's still bummed out about missing the party.

I was about to say something when gundam burst through the door "greetings child. The boys came back bearing gifts"

"gifts?" miu tilted his head in confusion.

Kokichi and gonta burst through the door with treats in their arms "we feel bad that you missed the party so we brought back cake and sweets for you"

"hehe its like we have our own little party" miu clapped her hands delightedly.

I smiled to myself. Looks like things work out after all.
