S h e  saw him before he did. The way he would repeatedly run his fingers across his hair while firmly seated in a far end corner of the restaurant. Nakita nya ang paulit-ulit na pag sulyap ni Joshua sa telepono nito, probably to check the time... 

To know if she's ever coming.

Jannelle, on the other hand, remained paralyzed standing a few tables behind him. Everything in her being intensified, the warning voices more evident now... the anxiety slowly eating her confidence away. Even her heart took part in torturing her, furiously drumming against her own chest.

Few more steps closer and he'll definitely see her, she knew that. She knew at that very moment that she has the control, she can turn and never look back or...

Or face him. Face him along with their carried baggages, never sure of what is to happen.
