We flew to Illum and I guided Colt into the tunnels.
"Use the Force. Your kyber crystal will call to you." I said, digging into my bag to see if I had any extra lightsaber parts. I did, so I kept it aside as I watched Colt. After a few hours of coldness, he came back with a gleaming crystal.
"Good," I said, handing him the extra lightsaber parts. "Be very careful. Line up the crystal carefully. One millimeter off, it will blow up in your hand." I said, emphasising on blowing up.
"Yes master." he said, taking some parts and working on his lightsaber. He was able to line it up perfectly and ignited it. It was green and illuminated the dark tunnels.
"Very good, padawan." I said proudly. I then felt a disturbance and paused.
"What's wrong, master?"
"Something's wrong, very wrong." I said. "Let's go. We need to find something for our ships."
"We still have enough for the Commonwealth." he said.
"Fine! Let's go." I said, hopping into my ship and punching the coordinates. We jumped into lightspeed and soon landed by the Castle. I looked around. I hoped things were ok back at the jedi temple. We walked to the Castle and were greeted by many happy Minutemen and Danse.
"I never thought you were coming back." Danse said.
"Sorry Danse, jedi business has been keeping me busy." I said. I had taught my padawan what I most know and I felt he was almost ready, but something was holding back on him.
"There has to be some time for us."
"No, Danse. It's not like I can go anywhere I want to." I said, walking away. I then sensed the trouble was right there.
"Execute Order 66." I managed to hear someone say. Suddenly, the clones started attacking us. I deflected the blasters and killed them.
"Master, what's happening?"
"The Jedi Order is being attacked." I said. "Fuel up our ships from the fuel we have here from the ARC-170 Starfighters! We have to get back to the temple!"
"Omega, what's happening?"
"Danse, go clear out all the clones in the Commonwealth. Be careful!" I said, running to my ship that was quickly being fueled up. Soon, clones were charging at the base. I deflected all the blasts and as I was checking the status I was shot at my rib.
"Agh!" I cried out.
"Master!" Colt ran to me, deflecting all the bolts coming my way.
"I'm fine, keep going." I gasped. I felt myself slowly declining and fell to the ground. Colt soon cleared out all the clones and rushed to me.
"Heal yourself." he said, helping me sit up.
I closed my eyes and healed quickly. I got up and saw even more clones coming our way.
"There's too many! Fall back!" I ordered the defending Minutemen. I kept my ground though.
"Master, you heard yourself! Fall back!" Colt cried out.
"We can't let the clones take over the Commonwealth with these evil ways!" I said, stabbing a nearby clone.
"General! Come on! There's too many!" Preston said. I ran into the Castle with Colt and barred the gates. I had fixed the gaps in the walls too so that wasn't a problem either.
"What now?" Colt asked.
"I don't know. Just regain your strength." I said. I went to meditate on what happened and saw darkness rise. I gasped before too long and went to bed, thinking about who could possibly betray us all.
