Beauty And The Beast (Katsuki Bakugo)

《 Chapter Nine 》

"Mise?"

"It's all right, Izuku. I'm home."

"I thought I'd never see you again."

"I missed you so much."

"But the beast. How did you escape?"

"I didn't escape, Izu. He let me go."

"That horrible beast?"

"But he's different, now. He's changed somehow.."

There's a sound coming from Misery's pack. The flap opens and the Magic Mirror falls out with Chip rolling to a stop on it.

"Hi!"

Misery giggles "Oh, a stowaway."

"Why, hello there, little fella. Didn't think I'd ever see you again." Izuku smiles.

Chip turns to Misery with a look of question on his face.

"Misery, why'd you go away? Don't you like us anymore?"

"Oh, Chip. Of course I do. It's just that-"

There is a knocking at the door. Misery opens it and Dabi stands on the porch.

"May I help you?"

"I've come to collect your brother." He steps aside to show the Asylum D'Loons wagon behind him.

"My brother?.."

"Don't worry, mademoiselle. We'll take good care of him."

"My brother's not crazy."

Mineta, Emerging from the crowd speaks up "He was raving like a lunatic. We all heard him, didn't we!"

The bystanders yelled "Yeah!"

"No, I won't let you take him!"

Izuku emerged from the home.

"Mise?"

Mineta smirks "Ah, Izuku. Tell us again, cooky Kid, just how big was the beast?"

Izuku gulps,Struggling) "Well, he was...that is...enormous. I'd say at least eight, no more like ten feet..."

The crowd laughs at him.

"Well, you don't get much crazier than that."

"It's true, I tell you!"

Dabi waves his arms and some people move in and pick up Izuku

"Take him away!" Mineta yells

"Let go of me!"

Shigaraki been watching from the sides, standing near Dabi

"No, you can't do this!" Miseru cries

Dabi shakes her off and walks away.

"Tsk, tsk, tsk. Poor Mise. It's a shame about your brother."

"You know he's not crazy, Shigaraki."

"I might be able to clear up this little misunderstanding, if..." He trails off

"If what?" Misery glares

"If you marry me."

"What?.."

"One little word. That's all it takes."

"Never!"

"Have it your way then." He turns and walks away slowly, playing hard to get.

Izuku was being thrown into the wagon.
"Mise?"
