"Again ma'am, before entering the hall, a servant would declare your arrival." Momo clarified Mina.
"Your Majesty will enter the room, greet everyone and read the speech that will be handed to you by... tomorrow."
"Can't they give the speech to me already?" Mina strongly asked, her voice touched with a sense of annoyance.
"Apologies for the delay Your Majesty, but the Royal Committee is still in deadlock with all the political quarrels within the Government." Sana answered worryingly since Mina has shown distress for the inconvenience.
Mina placed her head on her hand as she lets out an audible sigh due to the stress of this occasion.
9:29 PM.
What was known as the quiet office of the Queen, is now filled with Committee and Household staffs preparing Mina for her first coronation tomorrow.
The Government is in a standstill, with the Coalition now on its last legs, affecting the order of business for the Queen and the Castle management.
The Royal Committee, who were tasked to accompany the Queen in the matters of the Government, has fallen short for the past few days, leaving the burden of daily tasks to the Castle management.
"After your speech ma'am, the sacred treasures will be presented in front of you by three servants, the Prime Minister will then speak, welcoming the new era on behalf of the Government." Momo added as the rustling of papers and the noisy clunks of footsteps fill the room.
"Will that be all on your behalf, Ms. Hirai?" Mina asked her with a cold tone.
"As for now, yes, Your Ma—"
"I am sorry for arriving late, Your Majesty" Momo was interrupted by the entrance of Chaeyoung.
Almost barging into the room, she bows down in front of Mina and greeted the three heads of the management: Momo, Sana and Dahyun.
"I've been with the Prime Minister to discuss more about the coronation tomorrow, ma'am." Chaeyoung informed Mina about the cause of her late entrance.
"The whole day was full of meetings and errands with the Government, I apologize again for the late arrival to the Castle, ma'am." She bowed down again as a sign of apology.
"Your speech for tomorrow ma'am, and I've come with news as well." Chaeyoung handed papers to Mina and called for the attention of everyone within the room.
Each eye turned to her as they waited for what she is about to say.
"The Government decided to add an event to Her Majesty's legal coronation. After the presentation and the welcoming of the new era and monarch, she will then address the crowd in the Castle's main balcony."
Murmurs exchanged the noise from footsteps and papers within the room.
