Lexie POV
It's been a couple of weeks since Mason ended things. I'm still heartbroken. I thought we were going to be together forever... cringe I know.

I moved in with my family as they said I needed them in a time like this, which they're not wrong. They've been a great support for me, I don't know what I would do without them.

I've not seen the boys and I know they're worried but I couldn't face seeing Mason. Dad said they've not been up to their usual standard as all they talk about is me. Dad wants me to go and see them but I can't. I can't bare to see how Mason is doing. He's probably already moved on. I mean he's a professional footballer, they have girls queuing up for them.

The girls were over today, it is nice to see them. Abbie wanted to join as well so of course I let her. The girls don't mind Abbie joining us, I thought they would have said she couldn't come because of her age but they love her.

"It's so good to see you Lex." Fern said. "We've all been so worried about you." Sasha added. "Sorry I've not been around, I just can't face anyone." I spoke softly, almost whispered.

The girls understood. Going through a breakup is hard and it really hurts especially when you love that person. I love Mason with all of my heart and it hurts so much that he's not mine anymore.

"Chilly said Mason isn't doing well." Liv said. I sighed and felt my heart strings tug when I heard his name. Maybe they're lying to make me feel better.

"Mason knows he's fucked up." Katie said. ""How? He didn't believe me then, why would he believe me now?" "Sasha and I told him what really happened, that the paparazzi lied. He is so angry with himself." Rebecca explained. "He never wanted to lose you." Katie said, giving me a slight smile. "I find that hard to believe." I rolled my eyes.

"Lex you guys are perfect together and he's finally realised made a mistake." Liv spoke after a few moments silence. "Clearly we weren't. I've seen pictures of him online drinking with girls. I obviously didn't mean that much to him." I scoffed. "The pictures aren't what they seem, just like you and Harvey." Katie said.

The girls explained that the boys dragged him out after they got through the next round. Mason didn't want to be there, you could tell, he complained about being out all night but the boys said he needed to have a night out. He pretended to be fine for the camera. And for the girls, he didn't do anything with anyone he just had his arm around them, it's all for show.

"How do you know?" I sighed, still not believing them. "The boys told us and we believe them, they wouldn't lie about this. Mason doesn't want any other girl except you. Lexie he's lost without you." Sasha spoke. "Declan said he's a broken man. He's really worried about him. He's never seen him so broken after a relationship before." Lauren added. "I just can't be with him right now. I just need time." The girls had sympathetic smiles on their faces.

I tried to take all this information in. I'm not sure what to believe. The paparazzi can spin anything, look what they did to me and Harvey. There's still a part of me that thinks it might be true. I don't know what to do.

The girls decided to stay the night which made me feel a bit better. It was good for me to have my friends around me. Yes I love the support from my family but they don't know what to do.

I did enjoy tonight but I couldn't get Mason off my mind. Was I wrong for not fighting for us? I could have made him listen to the truth instead of backing down so easily. Or do I try to move on? I always say this, Mason can do so much better than me, I don't know what he sees in me to be honest.

I don't even know what to do anymore.
