The group was standing in a semicircle in the empty space they had learned was called Antivoid, facing the black skeleton who, instead, sat on his beanbag with his arms crossed, looking like a spoiled kid.
Alphys was at the fringes, ready to chop his head off if he tried anything funny. Sans (well, a Sans) had managed to make him release the kid, and tried to tell the others he was just "spooked", but she didn't believe him: she had seen how he had assessed them all when they were about to attack, and he had a glint in his eyes that told her he wanted to kill them all; that, coupled with the souls in the strings, didn't make it hard to put two and two together, and the result was that they were dealing with someone who was extremely dangerous.

They were playing with fire, being around a killer like him, but they didn't have any other options.
She just had to be careful, and not let her guard down.

"𝕎E𝔩𝔩?(Well?)" the stranger said, with that weird voice of his "รtAяt E𝐗p𝔩A𝐢Ň𝐢ŇG. 𝕎𝓱𝕪 AяE 𝕪σ𝕌 𝓱EяE AŇ𝓭 𝓱σⓌ 𝓭𝐢𝓭 𝕪σ𝕌 EŇtEя?(Start explaining. Why are you here and how did you enter?)"

When it became apparent that no one was going to come forward, Sans again took the lead and said: "Well, that's the thing, we really don't know. I was patrolling near Snowdin, looking for humans" he sent a glance to the human with the green hoodie with them "and all of a sudden, everything started to disappear!"
The weird skeleton frowned. "𝓓𝐢şAppEAя 𝓱σⓌ?(Disappear how?)"
"First the rock and the trees, then the snow, and then everything became more and more white, and then everything was gone! And I was here. After that I just walked till I found someone. I hope everyone else is alright..." Sans looked down, tears in his eyesockets. If he was anything like her Sans, he was thinking about Papyrus.

The spoiled brat looked weirded out by Sans crying, and averted his eyes quickly, looking at everyone else with a serious expression. "𝕎Aş 𝐢t t𝓱E şA爪E ⓕσя EѶEя𝕪σŇE E𝔩şE?" (Was it the same for everyone else?)

Murmur of assent coursed through the group, and he frowned harder, mumbling something that sounded like "a爪AtE𝕌я Ⓦσя𝕂...(Amateur work...)". He then looked at the Asgore that was leading the group before, who had remained silent.

"үσ𝕌!(You!)" he spat, pointing at him "𝓓σ 𝕪σ𝕌 𝓱AѶE AŇ𝕪t𝓱𝐢ŇG tσ şA𝕪?(Do you have anything to say?)"
"Me?" Asgore had a deep, soothing voice, the opposite of the brat.
"үEş, 𝕪σ𝕌! 𝓓σŇ't p𝔩A𝕪 𝓭𝕌爪ᵇ! үσ𝕌 𝕂ŇσⓌ şσ爪Et𝓱𝐢ŇG!(Yes, you! Don't play dumb! You know something!)"
Asgore looked around, took a deep breath and said: "You're right."
Alphys was disappointed, but not surprised: never trust an Asgore, they only think about themselves.

The whole group turned to him.
"You know something?"
"What the hell man?!"
"Why didn't say anything?"
"We all shared before and you kept quiet!"

"Enough!" Asgore went forward "I'm sorry I didn't speak up before, but I didn't want to bring down morale. I hoped to find someone else and ask for help without everyone else knowing but..." he trailed off, while the brat blew up again "รp𝐢t 𝐢t σ𝕌t A𝔩яEA𝓭𝕪!(Spit it out already!)"

"It was Nightmare." Everyone gasped "He invaded the Omega Timeline and forced CORE to evacuate, and I don't doubt he's responsible for this mass destruction." A somber air fell onto the crowd, now keenly aware of the direness of the situation.

"𝕎𝓱σ'ş ภ𝐢G𝓱t爪AяE?!(Who's Nightmare?!)"

Error was pissed. More than pissed, he was enraged. First, someone starts erasing universes sloppily, then sends abominations to infest his Antivoid AND that same someone also invades the OMEGA TIMELINE, his objective, his target, his duty! Who the fuck does this Nightmare think he is?! This bastard was going down! He could feel glitches multiplying all over his body, and his eyes were obscured, but he couldn't allow himself to crash.
