Do you know that staying focused can be a great way to the path of success? Staying focused can help you achieve many goals in both school and life. You guys may think that staying focused is not a big deal until you probably finish school, but trust me it is. Thoughts like those are for Juniors, so do yourself a favor and leave those behind.
I assure you that you can most certainly stay focused by getting rid of distractions . You might think to yourself, "How do I get rid of distractions?" Well, let me elucidate. In trying to get rid of distractions, firstly, you'll need to minimize or greatly reduce your cell phone activity. Yes I said it! So for you all who like to stay up until midnight or even later, it's time to put that to rest. I know it may leave a little pinch in all of our hearts, but trust me, it will be worth it in the end. Social media platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp will only cause you to wildly waste sweet time, therefore they can wait. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that you should eliminate it completely (although that would be great) but, just use it a little less. For that reason, it shouldn't be challenging when it comes to waking up earlier to prepare for learning the next day. This is because you would have already made the first big distractor of a restful night. Another factor that aids in staying focused is affirmations. "Dream big, work hard, stay focused and surround yourself with good people" is what I like to say. Having a personal motto can help motivate you and help you to stay focused as well. If you don't have a personal mantra, you can feel free to use mines. Moreover, staying focused in senior high will definitely keep you physically and mentally on track to becoming successful in life.
All in all, staying focused will become less difficult when you practice the ways of not getting distracted easily and having a mindset of what you want to do and how you will do it. With all this being done, your path to success will be much smoother, don't you think?
