Hey! How is yalls weekend?

Letti:

Keelins funeral was yesterday. Freya has been locked in her room for two days, and only came out yesterday for Keelin. She asked to be alone, and we respected that.
We gave her her space. She's allowed to take her time and mourn, she loved Keelin, she still does. They planned to eventually have a child, and let their family grow. It wouldn't be easy for her to just let that all go. I usually don't believe in soulmates, but I knew Keelin and Freya were made to be together. This was Freyas second chance, to find love again and mend her broken family.

When we thought Keelin died two weeks ago, our hearts broke, especially hers. Freya had such relief and happiness when Keelin began breathing again, even though she was dead. None of us cared that Keelin was a vampire, because we were so scared and sad at the thought of losing her for good, and now we did. We underestimated my mother, and I felt so guilty for being Lilys daughter. The daughter of the person responsible for Keelins death.

Freya would never forgive me, and when she looks at me, all she'll remember is my mother being the one that killed her wife.
That guilt will be etched into my soul until I die. I didn't mean for any of this to happen. I didn't mean for Lily to come back from the dead, I didn't mean to let the heretics go, I didn't mean for Keelin to be turned and I didn't mean for her to die. I wanted all of us to have a chance at living regular lives again, that's why I sought out the cure. And now some of us are living as humans, while others are still destined to live for eternity and watch their mortal friends die.
The Mikaelsons will watch their two sisters die, and Marcel will watch his girlfriend die because Rebekah got the chance to be human again, while the Mikaelsons and Marcel are forced to live for eternity. I'm sure word will get out about the cure, but it'll also be revealed that it's destroyed, because it went with the one person the spell transferred to: Keelin.

None of us know if we can be turned again and we aren't trying to find out.
There's a knock on my open door, and I leave my thoughts to see who it is. It's Bonnie. She comes in with a sad smile, and lays next to me on my bed.

"Hey, Enzo and I are getting ready to leave." Bonnie and Enzo are going on their first vacation as a couple, and Enzo's first travel as a human. They were going to Paris, France.

"I'm going to miss you so much BonBon." I say as we hug each other. We both shriek when someone jumps on my bed. Elena and Lissa got on either side of us, creating a group hug. We all laid there beside each other, Bonnie to my left and Elena to my right, Lissa to the left of Bonnie.

"You take care of yourself little mom." Bonnie smiles. A tear falls down the side of her Dave and I wipe it away.

"Don't cry Bonnie. You'll be back in three months." Lissa laughs.
Bonnie and Enzo plan on spending two months in Paris together, and then reuniting with Katherine and Nadia in Bulgaria. They'll stay there for another month of their travels and then all come home. Katherine and Nadia left yesterday after the funeral.

"I know, I'll just miss you guys. I'll miss everyone, surprisingly even Damon." She rolls her eyes. We all laugh, knowing her and Damon's friendship is full of sarcastic and snarky comments.

"My brother can definitely be an asshole but he has a safe vibe to him, it makes you trust him." I say softly. I forgave Elijah and my brothers. They apologized after everything that's happened. My brothers made me promise to never risk my life like that again, considering I could've drowned.

"Bonnie." Enzo's British accent fills the room. We all sit up as Bonnie walks over to the olive toned man standing in our doorway. I follow her and give him a hug.
