One piece - The Blind Swordwoman

- The beginning of a wonderful friendship -

And so Zoro and Zoe officially joined Dojo, Zoe and Kuina became pretty close friends while the rivalry of Kuina if Zoro only grew. Zoe remembers how her friendships with Kuina started... it was after their license training which took place the day after Zoe and Zoro's fight against Kuina. Zoe was sitting on the porch outside resting after training. Zoro was not there because he got into a fight with one of the other students who mocked him about yesterday's fight. "Can I join?" Question Kuina the Zoe who nodded quietly.  Kuina sat down Lady Zoe and for a moment there was an awkward silence before Kuina continued and asked "Why are you walking with a stick? And why did you make those weird godly voices during our fight yesterday and also during training today?" Zoe sighed from the slightest assault on questions of Kuina.

"I'm blind" she replied and for another moment it was quiet before she went on to say "I was born blind so I do not need or ask for your mercy, the voices I make during battle help me pay better attention to my surroundings just like a bat. It can be annoying for both me and For the rest then I do not use it all the time. That's why I use a cane... " Kuina nodded even though he knew Zoe could not see it." It's pretty amazing you know... "she said  Kuina Zoe was a little confused. "It's amazing that you could have fought so well even though you're blind" Kuina she continued. Zoe's smile grew a little from the compliment of Kuina  "If you want we can be friends..." Zoe said.  Kuina waited for a big smile that unfortunately for Zoe she could not see before saying "yes I would be happy, you knew you were quite similar to Zoro in appearance but you are much nicer and more polite than this pig" they both giggled and that was the beginning of their wonderful friendship.
