⚠️slight making out and kissing⚠️

"Have fun skating," The man handed Clay and George their ice skates. Clay thanked the man before him and George walked over to a nearby bench, sitting down and changing their shoes.

After tying the long shoe-strings, the two stood up and waddled over to the rink and onto the solid ice.

George stepped out into the ice, Clay got on soon after. George gracefully skated, the blond barely keeping his balance.

George POV:

I giggled to myself as I watch Clay cling onto the wall, like a child would hang onto their mother when they're scared.

I didn't have much experience with skating within the past few years. I skated over to Clay and grabbed his hand, helping him stand.

We stared into each other's eyes momentarily before breaking away, the thick tension in the air still laid there.

I was a bit anxious knowing that a layer of metal is the only thing between me and the ice. Being hand in hand with my ex made me feel a bit better though.

"Hey uh- George..." Clay broke the silence, as we skated around the bend.

"Yeah?"

"Would you like to hang out at my place for a bit and watch a movie or something," Clay proposed. I contemplated it before agreeing.

"Is Christmas Carol ok?" George hummed. Clay opened the DVD tray and set the disc in the slit before closing it, walking across the room to get to remote. He pushed the on button before going and sitting down next to George, his arm wrapped around the back of the couch, somewhat around George's shoulders.

George leaned into Clay, resting his head on the blond's shoulder. "Hey- uh, I hope this isn't a bad time, but I've been wondering this for a while now...Why did you break up with me?" George nearly choked on his coke.

He placed the red and white can down. "Oh-" George's eyes widened slightly, "-Well, I w-was just kinda a-afraid that you'd leave me. It's stupid looking back at it," George stuttered.

Clay smiled apologetically towards the brunet. "George, I would have never left you. You're an amazing person who deserves so much joy in life," Clay wondered off, blabbing about how incredible George was.

The older of the two blushed at the compliments. He felt butterflies in his stomach and his heart began to race, palms sweating.

Clay stopped talking when he realized that we practically just admitted his feelings for the adorable boy sitting in the couch with him.

"I-I'm sorry," Whispered Clay apologetically. George giggled quietly, "It's alright. I appreciated he compliments, Dreamie~"

Dreamie was the nickname that George called Clay while they were dating.

Clay looked over at George before breaking out into a wheeze, George began to giggle. 'God, I missed that tea kettle.'

"I forgot that you'd call me that, Georgie~" Clay cooed as he placed his index finger and thumb on George's chin.

The movie played in the background as the two caught themselves staring into each other's eyes, there gazes flickering to their lips.

Clay leaned in slowly, not to panic the brunet. George also leaned in, the twos hot breath on each other's faces.

"Can I kiss you?" Clay asked, the tension in the air so thick that it felt as though the two were suffocating in the lust.
