Before anyone could really count the time, a month had already passed.  Gray Thull and Seonghwa Park where very busy courting, going on dates through town and  dancing together at balls and parties.  Mrs. Thull anxiously waited everyday to hear news about her daughter in hopes of a proposal, yet non came.  Gray wanted desperately to talk to Rae about all the marvellous places Seonghwa took them, the things they did and how sweet he is, but they could never find the right time as Rae was always busy working on some planning for the wedding, dress fitting or some other time consuming task.

Eventually it was the day before the big wedding, today, where they unite two households into one.  Gray was asked to be Rae's maid of honour, which they happily accepted, and San as the man of honour.  (If you couldn't tell I know a lot about weddings).  The LaFleur household was bustling with energy right from the crack of dawn, maids scurried around with flower bouquets and other decorations.  The chefs where busy cooking food for the after celebration, the delicious smells wafting through the household attracting the attention of everyone inside.

Rae was wide awake in her room, sorting through clothes to pack and items to bring.  She had to pack her bags to bring to Mingi's estate in the country, so everything must be packed.  She sorted through her writing supplies and put them neatly in their own small travel case, making that the last of her things, just then her mother came in to wish her well.

"My darling daughter, we will all miss you here so so much."  Mrs. LaFleur pulled her daughter into a tight hug, which Rae happily returned.  "There's a few things I must tell you though."  She said to Rae, after breaking the hug.  "Marriage is a beautiful thing, don't you doubt it.  You will also explore... New things.  Actions to say.  With your husband."

The air become awkward as Mrs. LaFleur tried to explain sex to her daughter, it wasn't an everyday topic and young girls weren't supposed to know about the action.  Rae tried her best to undertake but it was hard with the strange pauses and explanation in general.  She just nodded along so the awkward conversation would come to an end, it probably wasn't anything important anyways.

The church was packed with family members, friends and anyone of high importance, all there to see the couple.  In one of the sitting rooms, Rae was getting her hair put into a flower crown with white ribbons weaved in.  Gray was at her side, smiling at their friend getting all dolled up, their own hair in a bun with flowers and they wore a floor length lilac purple dress with long sleeves.

"Miss are you ready?"  One of the maids came into the room to check up on the bride.  Rae nodded and stood up, the skirt of her white dress swaying on the floor.

"Hey Rae, I'm gonna miss you."  Gray spoke, giving Rae a tight hug.

Rae returned the hug and giggled, "It's not goodbye forever."

The two left the room and made their way over to the gathering area where her mother, father and brothers where waiting.

"Wow.  You look stunning."  San said, proudly smiling at his little sister.

"I can't believe you're going."  Jongho added.

Rae giggled and gave them a tight hug.  "You guys can visit."  She gave San a wink making him blush slightly.

"San and Jongho, don't disturb the newly wedded couple till after their honey moon."  Their father spoke sternly.  His stern face melted into a smile when he turned to see his daughter in her gown.  "Mingi is one lucky man."  He said and gave her a hug.

They broke the hug and she took his arm, ready to walk down the aisle.  Gray went first, spotting Seonghwa, sitting with Hongjoong and Yunho near the front.  San and Jongho joined Wooyoung and Yeosang across the aisle from them, then came Rae's mother and lastly Rae, in her long white wedding dress, lace long sleeves and a mesh veil covering their face.  Mingi stood at the altar with the priest, his hair combed over slickly and he wore a fancy black suit, his smile widened, if that was even possible, upon seeing her walking towards him.  Rae's father handed her off to Mingi, he took their hands in his and their eyes met, unable to take them off each other.  And then they seal their fate with "I do." And lean in to kiss, their first of many kisses.

The after party was simple, they ate and chatted around a long table with family and friends, spending one last meal as a family before the two set off together, on their own.  The family said their goodbyes, and the friends as well, and got into their coach to take them away.

The trip wasn't too long, Rae fell asleep on Mingi's shoulder, he had to wake her up when they arrived at his estate in the country.  It was too dark to explore so they went right inside and helped grab their bags from the carriage.

"Welcome home my love."  Mingi took Rae's hand and twirled her, bringing her into a kiss, the first passionate one they've had.  "Let me show you something."  He led her through the corridors to a grand master bedroom with the most soft silk sheets and plush pillows.  He kissed her again, but this time deeper and I think you know where this is going.

That night some stuff happened that wouldn't be right to say, but in other words they officiated their marriage.

The morning sunlight from the opened drapes lit up the room.  Rae's eyes fluttered open, her gaze falling to her husbands peaceful sleeping face, then to his abs that glistened from the sunlight.  She shook the thoughts out of her mind and sat up, kissing Mingi's cheek quickly and slipping out of the bed sheets.  She put on a casual dress with no extra garments and started walking through the corridors of the house.

The estate was rather grand with oak flooring and tall walls decorated with shining gold.  Soon Rae found the room she was looking for and sat down at the sturdy wooden desk, papers and feather pens littered over the large table and she carefully selected an empty piece of parchment.  She took a pen in her hand and dipped it in a bottle of ink, scratching down words onto the piece of paper creating a formal invite.

After she finished writing down the letter, she took another piece of paper and started writing down a list of names and addresses to go with them.  When she was completely done with her writing she set the pen aside and took the letters, setting off into the maze of corridors, eventually stumbling into the dining room where servants where scurrying around, dusting and preparing the dining table for breakfast.

Rae spotted the head of the estate and called the woman over, handing her the letters and asking her to copy down the invite and send them to her and Mingi's friends back in London.  The woman nodded and took the notes from Rae, retreating into the house to fulfill her orders.  That's when Mingi came into the dinning room, rubbing the sleep from his eyes.

"Good morning Darling."  He said in a raspy morning voice, taking Rae into a tight hug.  Rae muttered a good morning back and they took their places at the dinning table, dishing up bread rolls and fruits onto their plates.

"I want to host a home welcoming party.  Only our close friends will be invited, nothing too grand, and of course we can set Wooyoung and San up with a little home at the same time."  Rae spoke, introducing the idea behind her letters to her husband.

"That is a wonderful idea Love, when will this party take place?"

"In two weeks time.  I didn't want to be consumed with planning during our first week or so of being together."  She smiled softly at Mingi who returned it.

"Two weeks is perfect."

The couple enjoyed their breakfast together, they got changed into proper clothes and Mingi took Rase out to the stables, introducing her to the horses.  They spent a couple hours riding through the gorgeous green fields, stopping for a picnic and to pick some flowers to take back, to do other things, and eventually made their way back to the estate for supper.

By the end of the day the woman has finished copying out the letter and sent them through the post to their rightful addresses.

Ok next chapter will be the home welcoming party.
