"how gorgeous do the stars look tonight?" cinnia smiled as she admired the glistening sky above her.
jack's gaze switched from the starry night over to the girl sitting next to him.
his eyes wandered all over cinnia's face, easily falling in love with her dainty features as he always does."compared to you, i don't know," he cheekily said.
cinnia laughed, resting her head on his arm, "oh my goodness, jack, this flattery is never ending."
"do you want it to end?" he laughed.
"not at all... keep it coming," cinnia smiled.jack's gaze began to switch between cinnia's eyes and lips before he finally seized upon his urges to close the gap between them.
"come here," he smiled.
a light gasp escaped from cinnia's mouth as her eyes shot wide open.
confusion washed over her as the scenes of the friday night fields of green beneath the inky sky full of glitter, have just been replaced by complete darkness.
cinnia sat up before letting out a heavy sigh and resting her head in her hands.
she wants nothing more than to reach out to the person she loves the most - but she knows the response she'll get back.
the last time she decided to give jack a simple call, he'd shut her down faster than she could even say hello.
after two years, things between them came to an end. it wasn't a rough end but it was rather abrupt.
jack admitted that he had lost feelings for cinnia and rather gained them for someone else.
for weeks cinnia wondered to herself what on earth she had done so wrong as to drive jack away from her.
not once has she blamed jack, however, she feels she can only cast the blame onto herself.she agreed to herself that she would try anything to get him back - even if it's down to her last breath.
there has to be a way to reserve whatever mess i've caused, she frequently thinks to herself.
tomorrow.
she laid down once again, placing her head on the pillow jack used to sleep with.
she closed her eyes once again before drifting off to sleep.
