Imarina's POV

It's been six days since Klaus left town. He told Jackson and I to remain her. To watch Stefan while he watches Elena. Jackson and I moved into my old room at the Salvatore house. Stefan is being a dick without his humanity. Partying, drinking blood and booze. Honestly Jackson thinks we should get our own place and I'm starting to agree with him.

We go downstairs to see two dead girls on the Persian rug. And Stefan playing twister with a few bloody girls. "Hey, the two brunettes on the staircase owe me a Persian rug" Damon tells Stefan as he appears.

"You mean, they owe us a Persian rug? It's my house, too, brother. Ooh! Would you like a spin?" Stefan asks offering him spinner.

"Honestly Stefan, I'm twenty six weeks pregnant I can't have dead humans in the house I'm living in" I tell him annoyed.

"So this is what Klaus had in mind when he compelled you to protect Elena?" Damon asks him.

"These ladies are helping me be all that I can be" Stefan tells him. "You don't have to be here Imarina" he tells me.

"Actually I do, I protect your blood line and Klaus ordered me to watch you" I remind him.

"And I go where ever she goes" Jackson adds wrapping his arms around me. Someone knocks on the door. Damon goes to answer it and soon returns with Rebekah.

"He left me here. My brother actually left me here" she rants.

"He left us too" I tell her.

"She's Klaus' sister?" Damon asks. Jackson and I nod our heads.

"Rebekah. Pleasure, I'm sure. Which one's my room?" Rebekah asks.

"You're not staying here" Stefan tells her. She then looks at Damon but he doesn't say anything. She looks at Jackson and I.

"It's their house" I tell her sheepishly. Though it would be nice to have another girl around the house.

"I'll see to it myself" she states and goes upstairs.

"So I guess she's staying here" Stefan states.

"Looks that way" Jackson agrees. "Anyway I'm taking Imarina out for breakfast and the day. This mess had better be cleaned up by the time we return" he tells the Salvatores. Before we left the house. "So I found a house, it'll be perfect for us. No vampires allowed, perfect for raising a family. It's just outside town" he tells me.

"You were serious about getting our own place?" I ask as he drives us to the grill.

"Yes, I don't want you surrounded by dead people all the time. We're going to be parents soon and we need a real home" he tells me matter of factly.

"I know, but I want it to be safe from everyone. A place no one can find" I tell him.

"I know a witch we can trust, she'll do a spell to hide the house. We can have a normal life for a few years" he tells me.

"What just forget our responsibilities as werecat protectors?" I ask him.

"I know it goes against what we are, but my charge is daggered and yours isn't in town. Why not forget everything for as long as possible?" he asks me.

"It sounds great" I tell him. We reached the grill and go in ordering breakfast. "So tell me about this house you found" I tell him.

"It's two story, with an attic and basement. There's a big tree out the back, perfect for a tree house. We could get a pool" he tells me. "It could use a bit of TLC, but I think it'll be perfect for house" he states.
