Another Werecat?

Imarina's POV

"Why do we care if Isobel is here? Didn't you try calling her?" I ask Stefan as we go downstairs with Damon.

"What is she even doing here?" Damon asks.

"That's what I am going to find out" Stefan tells us.

"I don't think you should tell her that I am here or about Imarina being a werecat" Katherine says as she joins us.

"What?" Stefan asks.

"Why?" I ask her.

"It's better if she and John not know that I stayed in town after I got out of the tomb. Or that there's a werecat loyal to us" she states.

"You're the one in cahoots with them. You made a deal with John that almost got me killed" Damon reminds her.

"Which triggered my first shift and killed many of the coven" I add. Jaguar is still angry about that. But nothing we can do about it now.

"I did what I had to get out of the tomb. Now I'm reconsidering my alliance" Katherine tells us. She goes to leave, but Stefan stops her.

"What do you know?" Stefan asks her.

"I know that I want Klaus dead, which puts me squarely on team you. Besides, if you two ever need me to swap places with Elena again, the less people know that I'm here, the better. Think about it, Stefan. Come on. Be smart" Katherine explains. Jaguar is growling at her in my head.

"I gotta go for a run, let me know what you find out about Isobel" I tell Stefan before leaving the house. I go into the forest and strip. Then shift and take off running through the forest. 'Are you ok?' I ask Jaguar.

'We must protect Klaus' she tells me.

'You know as well as I, they have nothing that can kill him' I remind her.

'Nothing we know of yet, but we had best keep a close eye on them' she tells me. I agree with her and suddenly she picks up a scent.

'What is it?' I ask her.

'I smell something, but that's impossible. We are the last ones' she states.

'Last what?' I ask her.

'Werecats, but I smell a scent of a male one near by' she states.

'Can you track him?' I ask her.

'No, but if I smell him again I will let you know. Be wary smells like he has been a cat for awhile. Which means he'll be more experienced then you' she tells me.

'Got it, anyway for you to know what line he protects?' I ask her.

'Not without seeing his feline form' she tells me. 'Lets go back' she adds and we head back to the house. She shifts back and I get dressed. I go inside and have a shower before putting on fresh clothes.

"There you are, how was your run?" Katherine asks me.

"Relaxing, I'm going to go sun bath though" I tell her. "What will you be doing?" I ask her.

"I'm going out to meet an old friend, keep a low profile" she tells me. Before leaving. I grab my bag and sunnies, then head for the fountain in town square. I lay on it facing the sky with my sunnies on.

A woman blocks my sun and I frown. "Isobel I presume" I say as Jaguar tells me she is a vampire.

"Yes and you are the werecat" she states.

"Maybe I am, maybe I am not" I tell her. "Can I help you?" I ask her.

"Protect my daughter and we'll have no problems" she tells me.
