       𝗔𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗦𝗧 𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗜'𝗦 𝗡𝗘𝗪 revelation she was panicking. Which wasn't like her. She was Lorelei Avari, she was calm cool collected at all times. Never one to get mind-numbing crushes or become flustered easily. Yet here she was with her head against her locker sighing as Sarah looked at her friend worriedly. 

        "I don't know why you're so freaked out, it's Ethan," Sarah said simply. "We already know he has a huge crush on you," Sarah laughed a little.

       Lorelei lifted her head up, "That's just it. It's Ethan, we've been through so much, we have a connection, what if this complicates things. What if he figures out I'm not the best person? What if this ends badly and we have to go through the rest of our lives being weird? What if it's all in my head and it's the connection and I'm getting magic and my feelings confused?" She says, beginning to name off all the wacky possibilities that could happen. 

      Sarah sighed, "You two are so different, but I think that's the reason you guys work so well. Also, you got jealous of Hannah I don't think magic does that," She explained. Sure, she had picked on Lorelei and her emotions for picking one of the dorkiest boys on the planet but they were sweet and that's exactly the kind of guy her friend needed.

         Lorelei only leaned her head back on her locker going back over her plan to tell Ethan about her feelings. A plan she had contemplated for a week. After a moment the redhead sighed and lifted her head up.

         "You know what, I'm Lorelei Avari, I can do this," She said and Sarah nodded as the girl talked herself up. Lorelei smiled at Sarah feeling better as her friend gave her a thumbs up. 

      Lorelei walked down the hall on a mission as she searched for Ethan. She was going to tell him, she knew he liked her and one date wouldn't hurt. She just wanted to see if what she felt was real.

       Lorelei didn't have to walk long until she saw him walking down the hall right in her direction. With her confidence, she smiled widely and waved at him. Instead of getting the smile, she was used to Ethan suddenly got a panicked look on his face and he quickly turned around. 

        A frown took over Lorelei's features as she stood in the hall watching him walk away and ignore her.

       The interaction had left her in a sour mood all day, it seemed that every time the two were close to interacting Ethan would get that scared look on his face and turn the other way. Lorelei had half a mind to go up to him and force him to talk to her but her confidence had faded and she was stuck more confused than ever.
