It was currently 6 o'clock and I stood in my bathroom in front of the mirror, making sure my hair and make-up was perfect.

I was nervous, and I'm not usually but right now I was.

Just as I was about to reapply my lipstick, the door bell rang.

I took one last look at myself before making my way to the front door.

Taking a breath, I opened up the door.

Jonah stood there, in a more fancier outfit than what he usually wears, and a bouquet of flowers.

"Wow, you look amazing." I smiled.

"Thank you, you don't look bad yourself." He chuckled.

"Fancier pants and shirt just for you... oh and these." He presented me flowers.

I gasped not realizing they were my favorite.

"How'd you find Dahlias? They aren't even in season!" I asked immediately smelling them.

"I know a guy, and you said once they were your favorite so I had to get them."

"Thank you, come in, while I put these in some water." I let Jonah in before heading to the kitchen.

"Nice place, you got here." Jonah told me.

"Thanks." I grabbed the vase from the cabinet.

"My parents purchased it when I moved here." I told him.

Filling the vase with water, before cutting off the stems to make the flowers fit.

"What's it like?" He asked from the foyer.

"What is what like?" I placed the flowers on the table.

"Being royalty." I made my way to where he was.

"Not as glamorous as it is in the movies... but I really don't want to take about my family on the first date." He nodded as I grabbed my jacket.

"Right. Well let's go, the movie starts in an hour." Jonah agreed.

Jonah opened the door as we stepped out, I locked the door before turning to him.

"Let's go."

Jonah and I slowly walked down the street to the restaurant, talking about the movie, our reservation wasn't for another 20 minutes so we were taking our time.

"Who knew adding zombies would make a classic novel way better." I said as we turned the corner.

"Yeah, totally." Jonah agreed.

"I mean you would know what I'm talking about if you actually watched the movie, instead of staring at me the whole time."

"You were too beautiful not to look at." I blushed.

"Such a charmer Mr. Simms." I commented.

A cold rush of wind hit us, causing me to shriver.

"Here." Jonah stopped to pull off his jacket.

"I'm fine." I told him.

He didn't listen however and wrapped the jacket around my shoulders.

"We can't have a princess getting cold now can we?" I rolled my eyes.

"You're not smooth." I told him as his eyes widened.

"What?" I looked in the direction he was, to see Dina walking towards us, her head in a bag of takeout.

Jonah didn't move so I quickly grabbed his hand dragging him into an alleyway.

With our bodies pressed together, we watched as Dina walked by.

We waited another minute before taking a breath.

"That was close." Jonah whispered as I rose a brow.

"Why are you whispering?"

"I have no clue." We both laughed.

We fell silent again, eyes still on each other.

Jonah smashed his lips onto mine, gripping my waist tightly.

I melted into the kiss, wrapping my arms around his shoulders and tangled my hand in his hair.

I moaned as he turned us around, so my back was against the wall.

We pulled away for a moment to catch our breaths.

"You maybe wanna skip dinner? And head back to my place?" Jonah asked.

"Sure. We can always go out for breakfast in the morning." I agreed.

Jonah slipped his hand into mine before pulling me out of the dark alley.

My head rested on Jonah's chest as we laid on the floor of his apartment, a blanket covering us.

We made it to his place 20 minutes later, and the sexual tension in the car was too much to handle.

So we only made it through the door before we started ripping each other's clothes off.

"How are you that flexible?" Jonah asked as I chuckled.

"I did gymnastics as a kid."

"Cool." We both laughed.

"Hey Lennon?" I removed my head from his chest, to look at him.

"I-I know this is really early... but I was wondering if you'd like to be my girlfriend." Jonah looked at me.

"I would love to be your girlfriend, you dork." I punched his shoulder.

"Great." He leaned up to press a kiss on my lips.

"But we can't tell Dina."
