Thank God it's the weekend. SInce yesterday was Friday, I can avoid the "It" boys (this is what i have decided to call them) for a couple of days. I don't get why they want to be friends with me.

I need someone to talk to about this.. I know just the person to talk to.

I pick up my phone and dial the number I memorized over the past 4 years.

"Aria?"

"Elizabeth! How is it?! Are there any cute guys? Any new friends?! Oh, you probably don't have any friends since you're so shy..." How I have missed her. Aria Stevens has been my best friend since 6th grade even though I only went to school with her for 3 months.

"You'd be surprised..."

"Really?!" I hadn't realized I had said that out loud.

"Aria, can I ask you something?" Here goes nothing.

"Of course." I love her for not asking questions.

"Okay so there's these three guys-"

"OMG REALLY!?  Are they hot?!"

I roll my eyes but continue anyway, "Aria, shh. Like I was saying, there are these three guys that for some reason want to be my friend. It doesn't make sense. They're the most popular and most attractive guys of the 10th grade, yet they want to be friends with me, the stuttering, average looking, new girl. Why? Why be friends with me?"

"1. Shut up. You're more than average looking. You're beautiful. 2. Who wouldn't want to be friends with you? 3. Are they at least nice?"

Completely ignoring her first two statements, I say, "They are nice. I wasn't expecting them to be. I mean usually the more the looks, the more the attitude."

"So they are hot!"

"You're too boy crazy."

"No, but seriously, become friends with them. You need some new friends where you are. I can't protect you when you're an hour and a half away. At least I won't have to worry about you if they become your friends."

I faintly hear a knock at the door but I know Nikki will get it so I start to answer Aria before immediately getting cut off by, "Elizabeth! Someone is here to see you!"

On the other end of the line you can hear Aria yelling, "You have a visitor?! Who?! I expect a full report later!"

I laugh as I say, "Bye Aria."

I get off my bed and go downstairs seeing the last people I wanted to see right now.

"W-What are y-you d-doing h-here?"

"We're here to take you out for the day." Danny says nonchalantly.

"W-What?" I now look at all three boys and see they are all in swim shorts and have a beach towel around their necks.

"Oh n-no. P-Please t-tell me we aren't going to the b-beach."

"Can't because we are." Dammit Christian.

Crap. "Uhmmm.."

"What is it?" John now asks.

"I-I don't h-have a b-bathing s-suit."

All three boys' jaws drop.

"Are you serious?" Christian seems shell-shocked.

"That's alright, there are tons of surf shops there. I'm sure you can get a bathing suit there." Danny says.

How do I tell them I'm not comfortable in bathing suits? How do I tell them I have the self esteem of a door?

John must have noticed something was wrong because he then asked, "What's wrong?"

"I-I... I'm un-uncomfortable in b-bathing suits..." I say quietly.

At this they all look shocked again as John says, "But why? You have nothing to be ashamed of."

I just turn my head so my hair now blocks my face from their view.

"Elizabeth. Elizabeth look at me."

I slowly lift my head to look at John.

"We will be with you the entire time. At least one of us will be with you at all times. You have nothing to worry about. We will go get you a bathing suit and have some fun. Okay?"

"O-Okay."
