"...after everything that happened." What was she even talking about? She has the greatest life as a girl. She's playing in the England team, playing a big role in the Manchester United team, her brother is a famous Formula One driver. What can she ask more?
"Let's have a movie night tonight." Ben offered.
"Oh my god, yes! I love that idea." Brynlee responded, immediately noticeable that she loves watching movies.
"I agree. Lads, movie night tonight! Who are coming as well?" Declan shouted to the rest of the group.
After some time we had a pretty big group together: Ben, Declan, Phil, Marcus, Jesse, Luke, John, Kyle, Reece, Jude, Bukayo, Brynlee and myself. I didn't want to go at first, but Declan said I had to come.
"Okay, so what about 8 in the lounge room?" Ben offered. Everyone agreed and left to their own rooms.
I was pretty satisfied with how I played today. The assist gave me some confidence and I felt good throughout the game. The chemistry between everyone was good, but Southgate said that he will be looking for some changes, because it was not enough. I expected to be subbed off, so Brynlee could show what she can, but I felt somehow irritated. When I sat on the bench, my focus was mostly on Brynlee, I had to see how she did. To my surprise, she really showed some talent. She made an great assist and was really good at dribbling. I noticed the chemistry between her and Saka was not there, not really surprising because they were both new. In my opinion, she could move around a bit more, since she was in the center, but that's probably a style she doesn't play often.
I found it nice to see a girl play football like this, but it still gave me a bad feeling, because she endangered my place on the field. Maybe it's time to get her out of my mind, but I can't. She's doing something weird with me.
I got rid of my sport clothing when I walked to the bathroom. My mind needs some rest and a shower helps with that, but also to clean myself, because I had been sweating. Normally, I was just thinking of football or playing some music when I shower, but Brynlee still managed to creep into my mind. She's a gorgeous girl, sometimes I had the urge to tell her that, but she's like my enemy on the field. I really want to know her, but also not. Everyone in the team likes her, except me, or actually they all think that. I like her, but my body refuses to show it. That one moment when I tried to intimidate her in her room, I was nervous. I wasn't that confident, selfish, dominant boy anymore, but I refused to show her that. She's some sort of weakness to me. I know she was intimidated that one time, but it shouldn't have lasted longer, because then I would probably crash my lips onto hers and apologize for my behavior. But there's one side of me that loves it to keep irritating her.

After the shower, I got some dinner and then it was already time for the movie night. The cinema room was close to the restaurant, so I was there in no time.
When I opened the doors, I could hear some voices. The voices were laughing and I could some yelling as well. I turned around the corner to see Marcus, Jesse, Ben and Brynlee playing a game. They were doing a pillow fight. "Well, we have arrived at the children's playground."
"Not my problem you can't have some fun." Ben said and Brynlee made a sound to prevent herself from laughing. I looked her straight in the eyes and she did the same. She gave me a playful glance and raised her eyebrows. I was the first to break the eye contact when I rolled my eyes in response.
"So what are we going to watch?" Declan started yelling when he came into the room with Phil, Luke, John, Kyle, Reece, Jude and Bukayo. Everyone took a seat and it were all like big sofa's to lie on. I sat with Reece and Declan. Brynlee sat with Marcus and Jesse, but Ben and Phil close to her. They are obsessed with her, huh?
"What about No Time To Die?" John asked.
Brynlee held out her arm into a fist, waiting for John to fistbump it. "You, John, are a man of culture. I think that's a great idea."
"I agree as well. Everyone okay with it?" Declan asked and nobody disagreed, so James Bond it was.

The movie started and it started off pretty heavy. A little child had to defend herself when a man murdered her mother. The man had a mask on, and it was very creepy. Didn't know 007 was almost horror. After that scene, some big action started already, but that's how every James Bond movie started. We were almost 30 minutes in and then the song 'No Time To Die' from Billie Eilish started to play.
"That was a long ass intro." Reece said.
It was weird how fast the movie was going, like it lasts for almost 3 hours and they went by like nothing. This 007 movie was the last with Daniel Craig as James Bond and I think nobody expected the ending. He saved his wife and his daughter from an island, but wasn't able to return himself. He got poisoned with a virus, so if he gave something the smallest touch, he would infect them and kill them. His team already launched the missiles when they all thought he would return, but he was physically not able to save himself. He died on the island by the missiles just after he spoke to his wife. I could say I've never seen such an emotional James Bond movie as this one.

The credits came on and I could hear some lads sighing. The air felt thick in the room for a moment. This really was an emotional rollercoaster, but such a beautiful movie. I could hear some sniffing from the other side of the room, watching to the other side I saw Jesse cuddled up to Brynlee. Now realizing Brynlee was the one who was crying. When I glanced to Declan and Reece next to me, I saw some tears in their eyes as well. Okay, when it came to movies I could get emotional as well, but I kept myself together this time. But I didn't have to when I watched the rest.
"Well, that was.. exceptional." Ben spoke up after he cleared his throat, but it went silent again. Everyone calmed theirselves down and we started to evaluate the movie.
"I love Daniel Craig with my entire heart. He always reminds me of my dad." Brynlee said with a little smile, still sniffing.
"Paloma is hot though." I said, Phil, John and Kyle agreeing with me, but I got a glance from Declan. He mouthed 'are you serious mate?' towards me and I shrugged my shoulders, not understanding what was wrong with it.
"How does he remind you of your dad, Bryn?" Declan asked. I saw that Jesse and Marcus looked at her in a protective way. She can talk for herself right?
"Just his way of living. Giving everything for his family and really live by the quote 'it's not someone's duty to exist, but to live'. He always takes everything day by day, so he makes sure to get everything out of life." Brynlee responded, now looking to the ground. She looked somehow, vulnerable? I always know her as the dominant woman of the team. Pff, of course.. She probably tries to get pity.
"That's beautiful, Bryn. I get that this reminds you of him." Declan said.
"Overdramatic." I mumbled.
"What did you say?" Declan now turned to me. The look on his face told me he really didn't hear me.
"Oh, nothing." I put on the slightest smile, which I got frowned eyebrows in return.
