-2 weeks later-
I sighed as left the room when I knew he slept.
It was painful seeing him like this. Not his fun usual self, but I know he is healing, which I'm really grateful for.
I walked in the living room and I sat next to Kiki.
"I'm so sorry for how I neglected you both " and she moved a bit as she kept her head on my lap.
And then the door opened and he entered, looking sharp as always.
In these 2 weeks, he didn't leave my side, he did everything. From cleaning Coco's puke till his poop. He was my biggest supporter. He even killed the men who were supposed to take care of my dogs. He told me it isn't wrong to take some time off for myself.
It felt good and I needed it.
"Get ready" he said.
I looked at him.
"What?"
"Get ready Angel" and I didn't leave the seat.
"Love, if you don't get that ass up right now, I will make sure you won't be able to sit" and that sort of rekindled me.
I nodded and I stood up, I went to the room that was downstairs and changed.
After Coco's surgery, I needed to be closer to him, so Ambrose shifted our room to the down floor. And Coco was given the room right next to us which had a door in the bedroom which led to his room.
