"Good job on getting the work done, once again, Lily!"
Doyoung announced while smiling as Lily had just informed him that she completed the last mission Doyoung gave her. As soon as he said that he heard someone clearing their throat, obviously demanding his attention. Doyoung smiled and turned to the person that was sitting on the chair beside Lily.
"And you too, Jungkook,"Doyoung said.
"He didn't do shit though, I was the one that stalked, kidnapped and m.."
"Yeah we get it,"Doyoung and Jungkook both shouted to shut Lily off. She smirked.
"He Just was beside me,"Lily said.
"Yeah, but being beside you is the hardest thing in the world though,"Doyoung said,"And I salute him for that."
Lily rolled her eyes while Jungkook smiled,"Thank you for acknowledging my hardships. It is indeed very hard."
"Can y'all go to hell?"Lily asked.
"I wish I could,"Jungkook muttered and sighed.
"You hurt him!"Doyoung complained.
"Gosh! Do I now even need to watch my words around the two of you?"Lily asked as she saw Doyoung pass Jungkook a sympathetic look,"And since when are y'all a team? This is the second time you're meeting,"Lily then looked at Doyoung,"And weren't you the one that had doubts about him existing and his and my relationship? Weren't you doubting his intentions? So why are you.."
"I'm still doubting his intentions but I also feel sorry because the poor guy is stuck with a psychopath twenty four seven,"Doyoung said,"Poor guy needs sympathy."
"Thank you once again, Doyoung,"Jungkook said,"You're a real one."
Lily shook her head,"I'm done with your bullshit. You know what? Keep Jungkook with you and give him all the sympathy and listen to his sob story of living with a heartless psychopath while I go and actually not waste my time by seeing you two."
"As much as I would like to stay, I would have to go with her. You know we are partners and all?" Jungkook said and smiled.
Doyoung nodded,"Okay, I will call you when I find a new client. The money for this one will be sent.."
"Yeah yeah, we get it. Jungkook, let's go,"Lily said while getting up from her seat.
"Yup."
"Lily?" Jungkook called to the girl he's walking side by side with.
No answer.
"Lily?" Jungkook called again.
Lily just gave him a dirty look and looked back ahead.
Jungkook has noticed how awfully quiet she's been the whole bus ride. How she won't even look at him. How she would shoot a dirty look at him whenever their eyes met. Currently they are walking side by side in the alleyway that leads to their house.
Jungkook smiled,"Lily? Are you sulking?"
"Sulking? Me? Why would I?"Lily asked as if that's the most ridiculous thing she's ever heard.
"Do you possibly think Doyoung and I are ganging up on you?" Jungkook asked,"Cause that's not the thing. We were just teasing you.."
"Why would I worry about you two cockroaches ganging up? Why would I worry about the fucker I grew up with and the fucker that lives rent free in my house gang up against me after meeting only two times?"Lily asked. The way she said the most ridiculous stuff with such straight face made the whole situation even funnier. Lily was obviously sulking. There's no question about it.
