"Why would you get involved?" I asked Iyanna and she shrugged, "I don't know Jania he just asked me. I told him I would do it sooo"
"No you're not gonna do it because Madison is gonna decide what she wants to do by HERSELF. Kentrell been using you ever since y'all dated. Now that y'all ain't together you should be tired of his shit" I explained and she nodded.
"You're right"
"I know" I smiled before there was a knock on the door. "Who is that?"
"Well I kind of already invited Madison over" she said nervously and I sucked my teeth before opening the door. "Oh hey Nene" Madison said surprised and I smiled. "Iyanna you wanted to talk?"
"I- um no I just missed you" she said and Madison's face dropped. "You lucky I ain't got shit else to do today because I should really smack you" Madison said and I laughed while Iyanna rolled her eyes.
"Where the kids?"
"With Sherhonda" Madison said sitting on the couch and I shut the front door. "Oop she staying with you?"
"Yeah there's no need in her staying in a hotel. Plus the house feels empty without Kentrell anyways. Sherhonda thinks I should talk to him"
"I mean of course she would tell you that. He's her son" I said sitting beside her while Iyanna looked at her phone. "I know but Nene he is my husband" she shrugged. "Sherhonda even suggested couples therapy"
"Yeah no, y'all not doing that shit" I laughed and Madison nodded. "Did y'all know Tossii performing at this really nice club tonight?"
"Yeah he mentioned it" Madison shrugged, "Nene where Kacey?"
"With his father" I said and Iyanna smiled, "We should go to the club. It would be really fun"
"Iyanna that's a stupid ass idea" I waved her off. "It'll help get Madison's mind off of Kentrell" she said and I nodded. "Ok maybe its a great idea" I smiled while Iyanna playfully rolled her eyes.
"I don't know guys"
"You're going, should we invite Nisha?" Iyanna asked and I shook my head, "'Her and Kayden visiting her parents" I explained and Iyanna nodded.
"Ok but I would have nothing to wear" Madison lied and I rolled my eyes. "Madison you're going, now come on so we can go get ready. Iyanna we'll pick you up. What time does the club open?"
"Eight thirty" she said and I nodded standing up with Madison and we walked out the front door.
