Roman felt like the entire world was caving in on him. His marriage ended. He was newly divorced. He felt lonely, so he decided to go on a date, finding a connection again similar to the one he shared with Galina, they were still friendly with each other. Co-parenting.

Every time he mentioned he was close to his wife and he had kids, they would run off or excuse themselves saying they needed to go to the bathroom, or just straight out tell him that being friendly with his wife still was a deal-breaker.

He was over Galina; he had no romantic feelings for her. Why couldn't they understand that he had to be friendly with her? She was the mother of his children after all.

Another thing they ran from was the number of children he had.

Roman gave up trying, till one day he fell hard for the new interviewer. You were like a dream. So, beautiful. You were so nice, knew how to ask good questions in interviews.

Roman was instantly attracted to you. Love at first sight, the two of you formed a friendship. Bonding fast.

You understood his relationship with his ex-wife, never failed to make him smile when he was feeling down or angry. Comforting him. Even helping him with his kids. They adored you. Teasing him when you left.

He and you shared a special bond, one even greater than he shared with Galina.

Roman felt himself fall deep for you as the days past but he was too nervous to act on it. What if you didn't feel the same way, he started to doubt himself. He didn't want to ruin the friendship, so he kept it to himself, though other people started to see how he looked at you. It was only a matter of time before he finally told you how he truly felt about you...
