Adam sniffled a laugh as you tried to pry off the blindfold, Adam put over your eyes. Failing miserably. A whine left your mouth. Making Adam laugh.

"It's not funny, you know I could have closed my eyes, you didn't need to put this stupid blindfold over me," You whined. Pouting your lips. Making Adam smile. Crinkles forming underneath his eyes.

"Could you at least give me a hint, maybe tell me subtly," You spoke again.

"Then it wouldn't be a surprise," He responded, turning into the driveway of where he and you live. You let out a huff. Crossing your arms over your chest.

Adam parked the car, slightly cursing to himself. He turned the key, turning the car off. Making you whip your head around to where you heard his voice.

"Oh, we stopped, So, are you going to give me a heads up on what you are taking me to? " You curiously spoke. Pursing your lips. It's not like you could quirk an eyebrow, the blindfold was covering your eyebrows and eyes.

"Not going to happen, babe," Adam chuckled. Putting the car in park, then the handbrake up. Taking the car keys out of the ignition. Adam grabbed his phone and wallet.

"Stay there," He commanded. Making you let out another huff. As he opened the door. Getting out. he shut the door behind him. Shoving his phone and wallet into his pockets, as he rushed over to the passenger side door.

"It's not like I can go anywhere," You huffed out.

Adam opened the passenger door. Taking your seatbelt off. Interlacing his fingers with yours.

"Okay, I got you," Adam spoke, as he helped you out of the car. Grabbing your clutch. Adam shut the door behind you.

"It must be a big surprise, normally you would crack and finally tell me, let me guess, it's an air balloon ride," You spoke, as he guided you to the house.

"Nope," Adam responded. Making you frown.

"It's a proposal?" You hinted, making Adam shake his head in amusement.

"On your birthday? Now that would be stealing your spotlight," Adam chuckled.

"A picnic on the beach?" You guessed as he walked you to the front door. He grabbed the door handle turning it.

"We just came from the restaurant," Adam chuckled. Finding your guessing amusing.

"Picnics can be dessert as well," You stated. Making Adam laugh. As he guided you into the house he shared with you. he smiled excitedly at your friends and family who were waiting for your arrival.

Adam mouthed one, two, three.

"A..." You spoke again but got interrupted by voices yelling.

"Surprise," Everyone yelled. Making you take a step back in shock. Adam took the blindfold off your eyes. You saw a bunch of your friends as well as your family in the living room. A birthday banner hanging up as well as balloons. Your mouth a gap in surprise.
