Halloween scare

As the new day started, it dawned upon me that the day was my favourite of the year, Halloween.

The day of the year where everyone scared eachother and dressed up, asking for candy from the neighbours and watching scary movies on the sofa with their loved ones. And the Minatozaki household was no difference.

"Sana come here!! There's something I need your help with in the kitchen" I shouted from the side of the corridor leading to the kitchen waiting for the girl to pass.

I heard a faint yes coming from our shared bedroom as her soft steps padded across the hallway.

Of course part of me felt bad for scaring her unwilling self but the bigger part of me had a thrill of excitement coursing through it just waiting for the moment.

"I know i got the feels~" her voice sang, getting closer  and closer towards me. And eventually after what felt like a million years, she was there.

"BOO!!"

"AHHHH Y/N YOU SILLY GIRL" she shouted holding her chest. "You scared me so much, I thought there was something you couldn't reach in the kitchen!!"

"That's mean I'm not that small" I pouted and crossed my arms.

"I know I should be angry because you scared me but you're so cute pouting, come here cutie"

She reached out for me and I was quick to hug her back. We pulled away quickly before she left a few soft kisses on my lips and laid her forehead on mine.

"How about you go get some blankets and put on a movie, I'll make us some hot drinks and snacks and we can watch something scary hm?" she said staring into my eyes.

I agreed silently by nodding my head before giving her one last kiss and skipping off into the bedroom. Once I had collected the blankets, I laid them down neatly and switched the tv onto a horror movie one of the girls had reccently recommended to me 'There's someone inside your house'

"Oh I know this movie, Nayeon unnie recommended it to you right? She hasn't stopped going on about it"

"Yup and I thought now would be a good time to watch it, come here so I can lay down" I said patting the seat next to me.

"Anything for my Y/Nie" Sana said and sat down. Immediately I laid my head on her shoulder and got comfortable, playing the movie straight after.

The movie was going well and we both seemed to be enjoying it, although this was the perfect opportunity to make another move, since today was the day of scaring after all.

"Hey Satang.." I said in a scared voice, my grip tightening on her hand.

"What is it love?"

"The door just opened over there, I'm sure of it. Please go check it"

"Come on. It's just the wind okay? There's no need for me to get up and check when we're both nice and warm"

"I don't think I can carry on the movie unless we check what it is"

"Fine, let's go" she said and pulled herself off the sofa, helping me up after. We walked down the corridor slowly while I was hanging back behind her.

"I swear I looked and then it just opened on it's own."

"Well the door is shut now. Are you sure you weren't just seeing things because of the movie?" Sana asked in a curious tone while bopping my nose.

"Just please open it, I'm scared" I said in my best scared voice.

She removed her hand from mine and took it onto the door knob, slowly twisting it around. Once she had done thst she began slowly pushing it open until it was wide and nothing could be seen except pitch black.

"BOO!!!!" I shouted yet again after the agonising silence.

The girl beside me jumped, having to grab onto the door frame in order to keep herself standing.

"That's really not funny Y/N! I was comfy in there but I got up because you said you were scared and you just wanted to do your stupid pranks on me again. I know you like Halloween but this isn't nice anymore. I'm going to go in the guest room if you need me" she said and walked off down the hall, opening a wooden door and closing it quickly after.

"Shit I fucked up" I muttered to myself and dragged myself into our shared bedroom.

I shoved on one of Sana's oversized hoodies and jumped into the bed, before turning off the lights and pulling out my phone to find something to entertain me.

Time ticked by as near 2 hours passed.It was now getting dark outside and the wind was picking up, making the atmosphere scarier.

Suddenly the door creaked open ever so slightly then shut quickly after. But it was just the wind right? Right??

The same pattern kept happening for 5 minutes until it creaked open even wider and for a split second a black figure appeared in the shadows.

"Sana I know that's you, I'm sorry I scared you but stop messing around now" I shouted towards the door, earning no reply.

"I already apologised so I don't know what more I can do. It was just a simple joke."

The doors creaking got significantly faster and soon I had gotten fed up, leaning over to turn on the light when a hand grabbed my wrist.

"AHHH WHAT THE FUCK GET OFF ME WHAT THE FUCK!!" I shouted as loud as I could, waving my hands infront of me trying to hit whatever was there.

A faint "Ouch" was heard from the figure and I recognised it instantly. I flicked on the lights and there stood Sana.

"That was really really mean" I said sternly.

"I'm sorry but it was well deserved. Maybe next time you'll think twice before you try and scare me okay?"

"I guess so. I just love Halloween a lot"

"More than me?" she asked with puppy eyes.

"Neverrrr"

*BANG*

"IS EVERYONE OKAY IN HERE?!" Jihyo said, bursting through the door shouting with a baseball bat in hand.

"Gosh Y/N you must of shouted very loud for her to of heard you across the hall" Sana joked.

"Sorry Jihyo it's all good here!" I said giving her a sheepish smile before looking down.

"I was just giving her a taste of her own medicine" Sana said smiling and grabbing my hand, taking it into hers.

"Stupid kids..." the leader mumbled while walking back out the door, shutting it gently.

Sana and I turned to eachother, silence stayed there until we both bursted out laughing, agreeing that this was one of the best Halloweens ever.

I promised id update and I did so dont come for me. Also watch the movie I mentioned because it's so awesome. I wrote this quick so pls dont complain to me, happy school again.
