He then legged it off leaving Penny to follow him while she called for him to slow down
They walked into the room and they saw Ellie sat on a chair smiling at the pair of them and Jones frowning while acting out a scene with her teddy
Sam snuck up on his daughter while Ellie lead penny outside for a talk, both knowing that Sam and Jones couldn't be separated now
Sam hugged her from behind and saw Jones imeadtly relax into his arms
But she started to thrash so Sam turned her around and hugged her picking up the teddy in the process
"Hm smells like daddy, where's mummy?" I ask
"With Ellie outside" Sam answered for me
I nodded and yawned before saying "I need to sleep"
"You can't yet" Sam chuckled
He saw Ellie's doctor walk in and he held me slighty but tighter and she held her hands up in a calm way to show Sam she wasn't a threat
Sam relaxed and said "so what's wrong with her?"
"While we're inclined to think she has water in her lungs but hasn't let anyone check her over for that only for breathing and heart beat even Ellie's tried" she explained
Sam thought and said "She's always been nervous at the doctors though for a reason I don't know"
Sam passed me Arlo and I still had a hand clamped on his jacket
"While you might want to read this" Dr Anderson said as she passed it to Sam

"I can try, but water isn't my strong suit you probably better at asking her mum" Sam muttered quietly
"Hey dad calm it's okay shush" he heard a small voice whisper and he looked down to see his daughters emerald green eyes meet his sea blue eyes
"Breathe" she said and he did so relived when he did indeed felt better, now wondering how his daughter knew he needed to breathe
"You we're about to have a panic attack, it's okay you don't have to see water Dad" I say as I cup my dads face
"Your too sweet you know Jones" Sam said as penny and Ellie walked in
