Night time

It was now nighttime when Jones woke up curled up in her dads jacket on his lap and Sam was awake on his phone texting Bronwyn

Sam: Hey Jones has her pjs at the house can your or Charlie go get them for me, it's her blue fleecy ones that have the stations logo on, Charlie knows which one I mean

Bronwyn: I can get them as Charlie isn't here right now he's with Sarah, Jones okay?

Sam: no, she's got water in her lungs so it's 9 days with medicine, she's not to happy about it and also found out she suffers from white coat syndrome, where's Charlie and Sarah then?

Bronwyn: Sarah was taken up to the hospital due to serious food poisoning due to what was Norman's cooking, Charlie went with her

Sam: I'll take Jones up to see her once she's woken up

Bronwyn: I'll get her pjs now, I thought you and penny was in Cardiff anyway?

Sam: we were to Ellie called me and penny to alert us she been admitted to hospital

Bronwyn: I go get them for her, tell her to get well soon from us all

Sam: will do tell Charlie to tell Sarah the same

Sam then felt movement on his lap and saw it was Jones waking up

"Evening" Sam chuckled and Ellie walked in with penny

"Oh hello" I smile "how long did I sleep for?"

"5 hours give or less" Penny answered "Sam hasn't moved since you fell asleep on him"

"Really?" I ask

"Sam go loo" Ellie ordered

"I need to take her ro-" Sam started but was halted by his wife and his co-worker

"I need to be taken where?" I ask

After a while I muttered "Wanna go home"

"You okay Jones?" Ellie asked me as Penny had left to go find Sam

"No, I wanna go home" I said

"Hm, what you miss?" Ellie asked

"My bed, my house, my cousins" I said as I wiped my face "I really do want to go home to be in my own bed and to see how my cousins are and be with my dad"

"How about I show you the cool macheniery and the things hospital beds have on them?" Ellie asked

"Rather not" I say tiredly

"Please, it might help" Ellie said

"Hm, nah" Came the reply

"Hey Jones can I sit next to you?" Ellie asked

"Of course" I say with a smile

Ellie sat next to me and said "Hey Jones, can I tell you something, trust me you'll like it"

I look at her

"I understand your past and understand that somethings can still be quite raw for you and you might not be able to cope up there but if I go with you to look it might not only help you here familiar yourself at the hospital but also if I go we can escape quicker" Ellie explained

"Dad wouldn't like it if I escaped Els" i say

"Your dad would also haunt me down if I let you escape so piggy back?" She asked

I nodded and she picked me up and placed me in one and off we went to check the beds on the upper floors

Ellie told me all about the different machines, like the heart machine, the obs machine, the machine that told the nurses and doctors of peoples oxygen and blood levels

I felt slighty sick at the mention of blood so Ellie apologised and then told me about the Ivs, and all of the other bits of machinery

We then headed back down to where Sam and penny was and I was passed back to my dad

"Did Ellie take you on an adventure Jones?" Sam asked me and penny passed me my teddy before I could panick

"Kinda" I say as I saw the next dose come and I scrunched up my face

They chuckled and Ellie took the dose and said "Hey Jones look once it's gone it's gone"

I wasn't so satisfied and I held my dad tight

"Hm, Jones seems you don't want to hear suprise" She said

"No thanks" I said

"Sometimes you are to much like your father"
Penny mumbled

I smile sweetly and I let Ellie feed me them and I downed half a bottle of water down my throat

"Jones breathe" they all said

"I am see" I said with a roll of my eyes

"Anyway, want to know who I know in HQ Jones?" Ellie said drinking out of her own water bottle

"Tell me of your telling my parents, I only know captain Tim Marksman and he can get a bit grumpy, luckily I don't have him anymore and I have Sam's and penny's and yours and Arnold's and Ellie's and everyone's in Pontypandy and Newtowns" I say "I got promoted"

"Good for you" Ellie said "Anyway I know this person called Erica Johnson, she's Arnold's doctor"

"So why she at HQ?" We all asked

"Cause she went to help them for a medical emergency" Ellie said "At the minuets she's currently stationed at Cardiff Hospital but she wants to move to Newtown Hospital"

"Understandable" Penny chuckled "Cardiff can get extremely busy"

"At the quiets times also" Sam smiled

"I ain't gonna question how you know that" I say

"You shouldn't" Sam and Penny chuckled

Ellie passed Sam and penny a bag but made sure no blood or needles were in Sam's bag like they were penny's

"Ah penny has scary needles, I feel faint now" Sam whispered as penny passed him a drink so he didn't faint

"And you wonder why I didn't pack you any?" Ellie asked

"Oh anyway can I please have my daughter back now Ellie" Sam asked his face falling into a puppy dog expression that no one could say no to

Ellie passed me to Sam

"Anyway Jones you okay?" He asked once the bag was put away by penny

"Yes missing my bed and cosiuns though" I explained "Ellie showed me the machines on the hospital beds and one was really scary, I felt faint at it"

Sam just shook his head good naturally as he knew what it was

"And yeah Ooh my pjs" I smile

"Yes penny Got them of your auntie Bronwyn for you" Sam said as he was made to get out so Jones could change but happy when she came walking to him so he picked her up

"Hey Jones, missing your cosiuns eh?" Sam said

I nodded

He took me to the lift and at all of us confused looks he received he just simply said "Bronwyn said Sarah been brought in due to food posing cause of Norman Price and was with Charlie, so before they both need to sleep and before visiting hours are over for Sarah, I'm taking Jones to see her and you two can't stop me"

"We're not going to, tell her we said get we'll soon" Penny and Ellie said

"Will do" Sam said as we got in the lift and he pressed his nieces floor number and up we went

"Ellie follow him" Penny ordered

"Will do" Ellie said as she went up to the level we wanted but via the stairs
