Breathing issues

Nightmaire and after

I was asleep peacefully until I started to cry uncontrollably

I had went sailing all by myself as I had been given permission by Ben

So off sailing I went, just as I was sailing back from Pontypandy island the waters got extremely choppy, after all I had checked the water levels today and they didn't say anything about being seriously choppy

I then fell off my boat and was washed away out to see and my boat was no where to be seen

I then started to cry as I knew no one would be able to find me while I was out at sea in choppy waters

Then I started to shake

Ellie walked back in to see me curled up and crying uncontrollably, with penny "busy" at the min and Sam fast asleep she shook me awake and kept doing it to I woke up

Ellie saw me stir and then wake up and I wiped my face and looked up and said "Hey Els"

"Hug Jones?" She asked

I shook my head but patted the other side of the bed dad didn't have his head on

Ellie sat down next to me but gave me a little bit of space and then said "Want to talk about it?"

"Water please" I ask and Ellie gave me the bottle and I took it as I drank some before I pushed it away and said "Well, I was out at sea"

Ellie nodded

"Ben gave me permission to be out on the sea so off o went but I had checked the sea levels as I always do, mum tells me if I'm going out to sea so I checked the sea levels"

Ellie nodded and said "Yep your mum drilled that into me to"

I laughed wetly

"But then as I came back from Pontypandy island the waters got extremely choppy and they shouldn't of been" I sigh "so I fell off the boat and was washed out to sea and the boat had also been washed away"

"Jones your safe okay see look we're in the hospital" Ellie said

"Hm, Jones come here" Sam said as he stirred

So I went over to him and he checked me over and relaxed when he saw I was alright and I hugged him back to

"So if I was washed away would you and mummy and the others come find me?" I ask

"Of course we would Jones" Sam and Ellie said in unison "you've had a nightmare haven't you?"

"Ellie woke me up from it" I said

"Thanks Ellie" Sam said as he held me close

Penny walked in with a coffee and two teas and said "am I interrupting something?"

"No, Jones had a nightmare about being lost at sea and no would find her" Ellie said

Penny nodded as she gave Ellie her tea and saw the coffee disappear

"Sam you taken your coffee already?" Penny asked

"No?" Sam looked at her confused

Then they all heard slurps and saw me drinking it and I smiled innocently

"Jones that was your dads coffee" Penny chuckled

"Not anymore" I smile "I love coffee"

"It's caffeinated isn't it?" Ellie asked

"Yes Sam needs caffeinated more then decaf to actually be calm" Penny said "Tea Sam?"

"No thanks, I prefer coffee but seems Jones is the same" Sam smiled as he buried his face into his daughters hair
