CHAPTER FIFTY SEVEN: 𝐇𝐎𝐌𝐄

Another set of months had passed, it was now April 22nd. It was the day the twins planned to leave Hogwarts, and they urged me to go with them.
And I agreed.
I was now packing my clothes, it just felt like yesterday when I just arrived at this house, but time really flies fast. Once I was done packing my clothes, I made sure to bring the other foods so it wouldn't spoil while I left.
I thought about leaving the house permanently but maybe this would make a nice hideout in the future, so I made sure to keep the key.
I stepped in the chimney, staring at my home for almost 9 months, before transporting through the Floo Network. I quickly ran out of Walburga's room, heading to my old room before dropping my things inside.
I immediately jogged down the stairs, excited to see everyone again after almost 3 months of staying home. I met Kreacher in the hallway who gave me a glare while I gave him a big smile in return.
"Crazy mudblood." Kreacher mumbled before passing by.
I rolled my eyes before proceeding to run down the stairs, I knocked on the dining room door before going inside.
"She's back!" Sirius pointed at me, before swerving towards me to give me a big fat hug. I patted his back while I chuckled.
"You reek of liquor, Padfoot! It's 11 in the morning!" I grimaced, smelling the stench of an unknown strong liquor on Sirius.
"Typical dear old Uncle." Tonks shook her head, pushing him aside before throwing her arms around me.
"I'm thankful dear old Aunt didn't get a hold of you!" Tonks said, earning a cough from Remus.
"Nymphadora Tonks!" Molly scolded, Tonks couldn't do anything but slouch, walking back to her seat, but not before giving me a sneaky wink.
"You're safe, my dear girl! Oh!" Molly squeezed me as I hugged her back, feeling the maternal comfort through her again.
"Have you eaten the chocolates I sent you?" Remus passed behind me, patting me on the back as he settled on his seat next to Tonks.
"Of course, it boosted my serotonin which was because of the sugar in the chocolate." I teased, earning a snort from Sirius and an eye-roll from Remus.
