Foreign House Ep.3 - Purple Dresses and Karaoke

Scene 3

*Interior. Mall. Kaylee and Angelina are trying on clothes. Kaylee whips open the dressing room curtains.*

Kaylee: How about this one?

Angelina: Oh my god. That's the one! I love the purple!

Kaylee: I've always thought that I looked in pretty in purple!

Angelina: Okay so I got the pink dress and you got the purple one! Perfect. It'll look even better when we have our hair and make up done!

*Kaylee turns around after hearing a group of girls laugh.*

Kaylee: Wonder what that was about. Anyways. Are you ready to pay for this stuff?

Angelina: Yeah let's go. Oh! I also have the perfect pair of shoes to match both of our outfits. I got them at the show store on level 2 so we can go there after.

Kaylee: Okay perfect! Should we get something to eat before we go home?

*Group of girls walk past.*

Melissa: *under her breathe* I wouldn't eat anymore if I was her.

Angelina: Excuse me?? What did you say about my friend?

Melissa: Oh nothing. I was just concerned!

Kaylee: Concerned about what?

Melissa: Oh well that's a really nice dress your buying. I totally love it!

Kaylee: Oh thank you.

Melissa: Yeah. Clothes like that deserve to be worn. I'd hate for it to...oh I don't know...rip or something.

Angelina: Excuse me! For your information, we are actually buying these dresses for a special restaurant grand opening!

Melissa: Oh lovely! *under her breath* Why am I not surprised? If I were you, I'd probably...I don't know. Stay home. But if you do go out, make up will do you wonders.

*Her friends laugh as they all walk away.*

Kaylee: Oh my god. Am I big? Am I ugly?

Angelina: Shut the hell up! Not even a little bit! I actually wish I looked more like you. You have a great body, great face and great personality! I personally think she was way too skinny. But you didn't hear me say anything. Because it's not my business. She was just rude.

Kaylee: Are you sure?

Angelina: 100% sure! Okay let's just get these dresses, get your shoes and go home. We have to get ready.

Kaylee: Alright. I guess.
