Blinking my eyes I slowly cut my them over to Adrian. For some reason he thought going to some creepy haunted house would be fun. One thing about me is I don't do anything pertaining to horror. Halloween to me getting dressed in costumes, throwing parties and kids trick or treating. Not damn near pissing on myself from getting scared by someone playing a murderous clown.
"Adrian what the fuck were you thinking ?" Melanie said nudging him
"It ain't that bad. Plus yall got us here, we not gon let shit happen to yall" Adrian said pulling me closer to him
"Just know if I end up dying from a heart attack it's both of yall asses" I said pointing my two fingers at Adrian and Lalo
"Why I have to get in trouble. This shit wasn't even my idea" Lalo said kissing his teeth
"Guilty by association nigga" Melanie said hitting Lalo's chest
Chuckling at the banter Adrian and I stepped up in line. My eyes looked around at the wildly insane costumed workers. They SFX make up was so good that it almost looked real. Dismembered body parts hung from the gutters of the home, blood dripped from the parts causing the people that walked under it to cheer. As Adrian paid for our tickets the ticket agent blew a kiss my way. She then stuck her abnormally long tongue out and flicked it as if she was as snake.
"You can arressssted me if you like" She hissed before laughing manically

Holding Adrian's hand tighter I hurried behind him. Dress as a police woman he said, damn Adrian I thought to myself. As we walked into the darkened house the sounds of eerie music filled the air. Once we were in the foyer of the home the door slamming closed caused me to jump. I was starting to feel uncomfortable as we ventured further.
"Adrian I don't like this" I said honestly scared of the house
"Yeah this shit not sitting right with my spirit. I'm definitely going to have to do a good ass spiritual cleanse after this shit" Melanie said chiming in
"Calm down we haven't even seen anything yet" Lalo said laughing
Rolling my eyes I was starting to regret agreeing to this bullshit. As we walked down the hallway a man wearing a bloodied hockey mask jumped out of the shadows with a chainsaw in his hands. Pulling the cord the chainsaw came to life as he began swinging it wildly. Letting out a scream I tucked behind Adrian, who was laughing at the scene.
"He better watch that shit. I'll sue the fuck out of them" Melanie said running past the deranged man
Just as Melanie was running a zombie had appeared. Wrapping it's arms around her the zombie opened it's mouth as a dark slime like substance oozed out of its mouth. In the slime were live maggots. Melanie screamed out in horror as she shook loose from the zombie. Lalo and Adrian laughed while Melanie removed her now dirty sweater from her body.
