LOV Base
Shigaraki finished setting up the jack-o-laterns at the front door just as the doorbell rang. He opened the door and smiled when he saw his little brother and mom. "Happy halloween!!" They exclaimed in unison as they walked into the living room where the LOV was setting up. Inko left to bring the food she'd baked to the kitchen and Izuku sat down and chatted with Toga. Shigaraki plopped down on an armchair just as the doorbell rang again. Shigaraki and Kurogiri shouted for whoever was at the door to come in and heard laughing as a group of men walked into the room. Overhaul, Chrono, Setsuno, Nemoto, and Mimic walked into the living room. Dabi immediately started talking with Chrono, Nemoto, and Mimic while Setsuno joined conversation with Toga and Izuku. Shigaraki and Overhaul talked about the plans for their next meeting as more guests began arriving. Soon the entire living room was full. There wasn't nearly as many people as there was on thanksgiving but it was still a little squishy in the small room. Everyone chatted away with friends and catching up on everything that'd happened since thanksgiving until Kurogiri called for dinner.
Kurogiri, Mr. Compress, AFO, and Inko had made a delicious feast for everybody to enjoy. People ate and chatted to their hearts content until they were all full and it was time to get ready for tricks and treats (I know it's trick-or-treat just wait it'll explain soon). Everyone went off into a private area to change into their costumes. The way their Halloween worked was that the heroes would give away candies while the villains scared the children. Tricks and treats. It was Shigaraki's favourite time of year, along with Christmas of course. Shigaraki went with the LOV (besides Toga who went with the girls) to change in Shigaraki's room, the Shie Hassaikai went to the bathroom, the heroes (men) were in Kurogiri's room, and the girls went to Togas room. Compress was a wizard, Kurogiri a witch, AFO didn't have a costume so he just changed into a more festive suit, Dabi went as a demon, Shigaraki was a reaper, Toga a vampire, Izuku a ghost, Bakugo a wolf, Kirishima little red riding hood, Overhaul was also a vampire, Eri was a cat (she came with Izuku), Chrono was a warlock, Setsuno went as a caveman, Nemoto was a lawyer, Mimic was a cat with Eri, Ochako was a witch and that was everyone.
On the way to the inner city Toga almost died when she realized KuroPress', 'ShigaDabi', and 'KiriBaku' were wearing matching costumes. She and Eri almost died when Chrono kissed Overhaul on the cheek and called him 'my vampire'. And Toga ACTUALLY fainted when she saw 'IzuOcha' kiss so Kurogiri had to carry her partway.
Shigaraki's favourite part of that niggt duribg tricks and treats was when he snuck up on Overhaul to scare him and earned a suprised yelp from the latter. Shigaraki had nearly pissed himself laughing as Chrono attempted (key word is attempted-) to calm Overhaul down. Around two hours into tricks and treats Izuku, Ochako, Bakugo, Eri, Kirishima, and Inko came back to the alley. They gave each of the villains a candy before they all started to head back to the base. They were going to play a few games before everyone went home. "Tonight was soooooo funnnnnnnnnnnnnn!!!!" Toga said as she pranced along a bit ahead of everyone. "Indeed it was" Kurogiri agreed, Compress smiled and wrapped his arm around Kurogiri's waist. Toga started fangirling while Shigaraki gagged. Everyone laughed at Shigaraki and Eri ran up to skip with Toga. "How are we gonna do the secret Santa this year," Overhaul asked "I mean, not everybody is here" they all paused and thought about that. "I could take whatever names that are left in the hat to the people at UA that didn't come" Bakugo offered, Inko nodded and smiled. "That's a good idea Katsuki" she said in her usual sweet tone. Shigaraki smirked, "yea Katsuki that's an amazing idea" he mimicked earning himself a few laughs and a glare from his mother. AFO walked over to Inko and rubbed her back. "Don't take it to seriously Inko you, know he likes to joke around" he said with a warm smile that you would not expect to see on the #1 villain. Inko smiled and nodded "I know Hizashi, I know," she said with an exasperated sigh "he gets his genes from you". Everyone but Shigaraki and AFO started absolutely dying from laughter. Inko apologized continuously to her husband but it did not help that she could not stop laughing as she did it. Suddenly Shigaraki felt two arms wrap around his waist and his face heated up immediately. "D-Dabi we're in public" Shigaraki mumbled, earning a chuckle from the taller latter. "I know," he said "that's the whole point". Toga started squealing like crazy because her 'ship is sailing' which made Ochako practically pee herself laughing.
As they approached the LOV base Kurogiri and Compress started smirking to themselves. Everyone was entirely confused until all the lights went out. Shigaraki and Overhaul gripped onto Chrono and Dabi's hands as they approached the building and everyone else backed up. Suddenly a giant cackling clown jumped out of nowhere scaring everyone half to death. Overhaul let out a terrified shriek and clutched onto to Chrono for dear life. Everyone started crying of laughter until they realized Overhaul was ACTUALLY CRYING. Chrono brushed his fingers through Overhauls hair and told everyone to go inside. Once everyone was inside they decided to play a game of 'telephone' while they waited. It was only a few rounds in when Chrono led a still trembling Overhaul into the living room. Kurogiri immediately got up and apologized. "I'm very sorry Overhaul, when me and Sako set up the jump scare I had completely forgotten about checking if someone was afraid of clowns and I sincerely apologize." Overhaul nodded his head and sat down with Chrono between Bakugo and Izuku. "We're playing telephone," Toga explained "it's Bakugo's turn!!" Everyone turned to Bakugo as he whispered into Kirishima's ear, Kirishima whispered to Toga, Toga whispered to AFO, AFO whispered to Inko, Inko to Shigaraki, Shigaraki to Dabi, Dabi to Kurogiri, Kurogiri to Compress, Compress to Nemoto, Nemoto to Setsuno, Setsuno to Mimic, Mimic to Eri, Eri to Izuku, Izuku to Chrono, and finally Chrono to Overhaul.
Overhaul blushed a deep shade of crimson from what Chrono said. "I-I'm not saying that" Overhaul mumbled "why nooootttttt" Toga whined "I'm not comfortable with saying something like that out loud, plus if that's not it I'll feel like a ᗪ丨匚Ҝ " Overhaul mumbled out the last part. What he'd heard was extremely inappropriate and he didn't want to seem like an asshole if he was off. "Honestly what I said was PRETTY inappropriate" Bakugo said, with that, Overhaul sighed and said what he heard. "The reason why girls have breasts is so men have to stare at..." he mumbled (please dont come at me for this I dont believe that its just a joke I saw on TV)
Everyone went into shock until they all started cackling. Overhaul was beat red and hiding his face while everyone else died. "I think thats enough fun for one day" AFO said omce everyone calmed down. Everyone else agreed and started cleaning up.
Once things were cleaned up everybody but the Shie Hassaikai left the base. To get to their base they would have to walk to the outskirts of Tokyo because bus's were done for the night so they would stay with the LOV that night and go on the bus the next day.
Everybody said goodnight and went off to bed. Everyone was tired after such a long day and immediatly fell fast asleep. It was a peaceful night so nobody realized that they had forgotten to pick names from the hat for secret santa until late the next day.
Good thing they have almost two months...
