Chapter Seven

*Next Day*

*Lilly's P.O.V*

Today was my birthday. Yes April sixth is my birthday. I was really worried, not about my safety, but for Spencer's. Right now I was lying in my bed. I didn't feel like getting up today. I was lazy. Soon my phone went off. I picked it up and saw it was from Derek.

Lilly, Get your butt over to the BAU. We have a case.

I groaned. Really? On my birthday. I sighed. I got up and got dressed into a white t-shirt that says Love is Love, dark blue shorts, a red converse, black top hat, A necklace that I loved, I also picked up my phone and my case that says Love Don't Pay Bills. I got my messenger bag, and my keys. I walked out the door. I made sure it was locked. I got into my car and drove to the BAU.

*Lilly's P.O.V*

I walked into the FBI station and went to the elevator. I stopped at the coffee shop to get a coffee to wake me up. When I heard the ding, I walked in and pressed floor six. Soon the elevator dinged and I walked out. I saw I was the only person here.
"Great," I whispered. I set my stuff down and sat in my chair. I decided to spin my chair because of how bored I was. I stopped and laid back in my chair.

*Flashback*

"Lilly we have to get home," My brother James says.

"If this is a surprise birthday party at the house, I am going to be so mad at you guys," I joked. I was only eight years old, but I knew what I liked and disliked at the time. He smiles.

"Just come on Lil," He says. I smile. I was about to walk up to him when I noticed I forgot my book in the school.

"James, I forgot my book. Can you wait for me here?" I asked him.

"Hurry," He says. I ran back into the school and got my book. I walked back out to see that my brother wasn't there. I looked around and saw a black van pull away. I decided to shake it off and walk back home. It didn't really take that long to get home. I walked into the door.

"Lilly," My mom says as I put my backpack down. I looked at her. "Where is James?"

"I don't know. I went back inside to get my book and when I came back out he was gone. I thought he must of walked home, so I started walking home," I say. My dad came up to us and started rubbing the back of his neck.

"You don't think," My mom said to my dad.

"No, no. Look I told you everything was going to be OK. I got it under control and I did," He says. I decided to shake off whatever they were talking about. I sat on the couch and pulled out my book.

Three or four days later a cop came to our house and said that James was dead. I was the most upset.

*Flashback over*

I opened my eyes and rubbed them. What the hell was that about? I know my brother disappeared on my birthday, but what was my parents hiding from me at the time? I looked around and decided to go to the conference room. I opened the door.

"SURPRISE!" The whole team yelled. I smiled. Soon everyone came up and gave me a hug.

"Happy birthday chipmunk," Garcia says after everyone gives me a hug.

"Was this your doing?" I asked her.

"I had a little help," She says. I turned to Spencer. I smiled.

"Really?" I asked him.

"Really," He says. I smile and kissed him. He pulled away and put his arm around me.

"Make a wish princess," Morgan says as he brought out the cake. I smiled. I closed my eyes, made my wish, and blew out the candles.

*Lilly's P.O.V*

After we had some cake we opened presents. Morgan got me a chemistry set, since I was so into chemistry. Rossi got me a copy of his book that he signed. Hotch got me a hat which I love, since I got a collection of hats back home. Garcia got me a t-shirt that says Pizza Is My Boyfriend. I got a good laugh out of that. J.J got me a pair of converse. Lastly was Spencer's gift. I opened it to see that there was a bracelet that was cut in half.

"Spencer what is this?" I asked him. He took the bracelet out and put on my arm. Soon he took out the other half that says Partners in crime. (The picture that I is upload)

"I know how much you like that song by set it off. It also reminds me of the episode of Doctor Who," He says. I smiles. "But it also tell me that no matter how much trouble one of us gets into. We are in it together."

"I love it," I say.

"I thought you would," He says. He kisses my forehead. I looked at everyone and they were smiling. I thought maybe it was time to tell them. Tell them what happen that day on the jet. I bite my lip. I looked at Spencer.

"Spencer," I whispered.

"I know. Do you want to tell them?" He whispers back. I nodded.

"Their family. I can't keep this from them any longer," I say. I got up. "Guys. There is something I need to tell you. It was about what happen on the jet a couple days ago."
