Chapter Eight

*Lilly's P.O.V*

Everyone looked at me with concerned. I sighed. The truth had to come out now or never.

"Earlier that day, I got a text," I say. I took out my phone and got the message. I gave it to Hotch. "It said to Watch my back."

"Like someone was threatening you?" Garcia asked. I nodded.

"That is why I was so bitchy, I was thinking who would want to hurt me?" I say. "Then I thought about what happen to my parents and Adam. They both got killed by the same guy. Well four guys. Two of them are dead."

"Well if this is true we have to put you in hiding Lilly," Hotch says. I looked at him.

"I can't just go into hiding when your guys life are on the line now. Look it's my battle to fight. I have been fighting this ever since I was young, and I am not going to stop until their dead," I say.

"Are you sure Princess?" Morgan asked me. I looked at him then at everyone else.

"You are my family, and I have to fight for who I love," I say. They smile. "Oh and one more thing. I was talking with Spencer last night, and he told me we should have a dinner party. I was wondering if you would all come Saturday."

"We would love to," Hotch says. I smile. Soon Garcia comes up to me and hugs me. Soon she lets go of me.

"Looks like I got some planning to do for Saturday," I say. They smile.

"I'll be over to help you cook," Rossi says.

"You don't have to," I say.

"No, No. I heard you were a great cook, I want to see it," He says. I smile.

"Well I hope I am," I say.

*Saturday*

*Lilly's P.O.V*

It was finally Saturday. I gotten everything that I needed for the dinner party. Like Rossi said he came over and helped me cook and everything. Not long after he came over, Hotch came. Along with Beth and Jack. I was really surprised to see Hotch over this early. Turns out he wanted to help also. The rest were coming at six and it was only five thirty. We had half the meal done. Soon there was a knock at the door.

"I got it," I said going to get the door. I open the door to see J.J, Will, and Henry there. Henry ran in once he saw Jack.

"Hey Lilly," J.J says coming in.

"Hey," I say. Will and J.J both hung up their coats and sat on the couch. I smile and went back to the kitchen to help out. Hotch and Rossi looked up at me.

"Go talk to them," Rossi says. I looked at him.

"Rossi, I am not going to let you guys cook, and I am just sitting around on my ass," I say.

"We don't mind," Hotch says. I smile.

"Really?" I asked him. He nods. "Thank you guys. For everything."

"We're family," Rossi says. I smiled and walked out the kitchen. Soon I heard another knock at the door. I looked at the time five fifty-five. I walked up to the door and opened it. I saw Derek, Garcia there.

"Hey," I say. They smile.

"Hey chipmunk," Garcia says. She comes in and hugs me. Soon she goes and hangs up her coat, along with Morgan. I was about to close the door when I heard a voice.

"Room for one more?" I looked over to see Spencer. I smiled.

"Your late," I joked.

"No I am on time," He says. I smile and peck his lips. He comes in and hangs up his jacket. Everyone was here. Soon I saw Spencer sit down. I went over and sat next to him in the love seat. "Don't you have to cook?"

"Rossi and Hotch wanted to give me a break," I say. It wasn't long till we got to eat. We all sat at the table. I smiled at everyone there. Soon I heard clanging a spoon onto a cup. I looked up to see Spencer was going to give a toast.

"These past few years have been amazing. I couldn't be more happier. I know we have lost a lot of people in our life's, but the one thing we will never loose is our family. But this night is not perfect," He says. I looked at him, then at the rest of the team. Soon like on command there was a knock at the door. I looked at everyone, then got up to go see who was at the door. I mean everyone was here. I got up to the door opened it to see it was none other then my good old friend Emily Prentiss.

"Emily," I say.

"Lilly," She says giving me a hug. I let go of the hug.

"What are you doing here?" I asked her.

"Well Spencer gave me a call. Told me I should come down for dinner at Lilly's house," She says. I smile.

"I am so happy your here. Please come in," I say. She comes in and smiles at all of us. Everyone gets up and gives her a hug. Once they all did we all sat back down and got something to eat.

*Two hours later*

Everyone left go to home. It was just Spencer and I at my house. Once Garcia left and I closed the door. I turned to see Spencer right in front of me. I smile and he gently kissed my lips. Soon enough I jumped up and wrapped my legs around his waist. He put on of his hands under my butt for support and the other on my back. Soon he started walking over to the couch. Once when he was there, he gently put me on the couch. He got on top of me and it was a total make out session. Not long after I heard a car door slam. I broke apart the kiss.

"Spence. Did you hear that?" I asked him.

"Must be one of the team-mates forgetting something," Spencer says getting off me. I get up and looked out my window. I could see my driveway. When I looked out I saw two men coming towards the house. Both with guns.

"Spencer," I say, back away from the window.

"What is it?" He asked so concerned. I grabbed my messenger bag and Spencer's jacket.

"We have to get out of here. Now," I say.

So this is where the good stuff will come in. This chapter was actually really fun to work on. I hope I get to do more of these Anyway until the next chapter.
