Chapter Seventeen
Out of all the things Dakota expected tonight, finding out Parrish was something called a Hellhound wasn't one of them.
She watched with fascination as he slowly made his way down the corridor of the Eichen House hallway and approached the Chimera pack, Theo walked out of the room with Lydia in his clutch and held his claws against the throat.
"Back off." Theo said to Parrish.
Dakota wanted to get up and rip him away from her and just when she almost did Stiles wrapped his arms around her middle keeping her close to him, she quickly got herself together and remembered that Theo doesn't know that they're here and that she shouldn't blow their cover.
Parrish just kept coming though, "I said back off." Theo threatens. She hears Lydia give out a pained gasp and her eyes widen in panic, he better not hurt her or she'll be ripping his fucking throat out by the end of the night. "Take him." Theo says to his pack.
"The guy's on fire." Cory exclaims.
"Do it, you'll heal." Theo orders him.
His pack hesitates but Tracy growls and runs over to Parrish, she stabs her claws into his chest but the Hellhound just looks down at her hand before bitch slapping her into the glass. Guess Kanima venom are no match for a Hellhound, that's awesome.
The next one Josh who's got the powers of electric volts running through his veins pulls a power cord igniting the volts in his body, then he goes to attack Parrish. Only when he places his hand on his shoulder to hopefully electrocute him nothing happens, "Theo, this isn't working!" The Hellhound slams him against the wall causing him to fall to the ground.
Then out of fucking nowhere Dr. Valack shows up with a drill and he's drilling a hole right into Theo's calf. Theo groans in pain and begins to drop to the floor, the Valack hits him in the face with the back of the drill sending him down. "Sorry Theo, but I'm not done with her yet." He then grabs Lydia and drags her back to the room.
She turns back to Parrish who's picked up Josh by his throat, he lifts him before slamming him to the ground and letting go of him. Then he lifts his hand to swipe him with his claws but he's stopped by Corey who's grabbed his wrist.
She's worried about him, she doesn't want him to fuck around and get himself killed. This is exactly what Theo wanted, a pack to shield him and do all the dirty work. He's just using them, using her friend.
