Chapter Seven
After what she went through in the hospital Dakota figured she'd just head home to go to sleep.
Nope.
She instantly got a text from Scott sends her text saying to come to his house asap, with a loud groan she started up her car and made her way to his place. She saw Stiles' jeep, and Scott's bike as she pulled up to the house.
When she climbed out of her truck and slammed the door behind her she was instantly pulled into an embrace, the scent of her boyfriend filling her nose as she nosed into his shoulder before he pulled away.
"Scott told me you guys got attacked by a Dread Doctor, are you okay?" He asked, frantically as he caressed her cheek.
Dakota leans into his touch as she places her hand over his, "I'm fine, Sti. Almost got choked to death but... I managed to survive."
He sighs before leaving a peck on her temple, "Good. I'm so glad you're okay."
She nods as she grabs his hand and he leads her towards the house, "So what is so important that you guys needed me here for?"
"New Chimera." Stiles says as they walk inside
"Wait? Who?"
"Hayden." He replies
"Hayden? As in the girl that Liam totally has a thing for, that Hayden?" They make their way towards Scott and Liam who are standing outside of the bathroom door, "What the hell is going on here?"
"Hayden is a Chimera, and also I do not have a thing for her." Liam replies sheepishly
Dakota snorts, "Say that one more time without blushing, Dunbar."
Liam growls at her but she just flicks his nose. She grins as his eyes bleed gold, "Bad doggie."
Scott groans, "Dakota, stop working him up."
Dakota smiles, "I can't help it, he's like an angry puppy."
"Sorry, I didn't know it was bully Liam night." The beta rolls his eyes
Dakota smiles and throws her arms around him, "You know I love you, Li."
"Don't call me that." He whines as she pulls away.
"Enough." Scott says, before turning to Liam. "I can hear her heartbeat, she's really freaked out. What happened?" Scott asked Liam
