"Waterman!"
Spider-Man arrives in the middle of a war.
"JASON ! STOP IT AND LET'S TALK ! I DIDN'T SEND A TYPHOON OVER YOUR SISTER ON PURPOSE!"
He shouted to be heard over the clatter of the blows.
Spider sense.
Spider-man jumps, dodging a lightning bolt, which hits the spot where he was the second before.
"And she's fine, she gets up again, look!"
Waterman points at a young girl, in a punk style, soaked from head to toe.
"AND FOR THE TORNADO ON CLARISSE YOU DIDN'T DO IT ON PURPOSE EITHER?"
Another girl was getting up but must have been dizzy because she fell down again immediately.
Spider sense.
A fist of water almost flattened on Peter.
"You know very well that I would never do that!"
The other one remains silent.
"Well, I admit it doesn't look credible. Yes I did it on purpose," corrects himself waterman.
"I am not in the middle of a war. These are climate disasters!"
Spider analyses the situation around him.
Waterman was fighting a young man wearing glasses, blond, who was a few meters away.
Behind this youth were the people he had been talking to.
The youth who liked to dress up was surrounded by skeletons.
Wait a minute.
Skeletons??!
Spider sense.
Spider-Man turns his head and dodges a skeleton that was flying in his direction, thrown by waterman.
The latter turns to the young man in disguise.
"NICO, STAY OUT OF THIS!"
What are these guys?
He looks again and something catches his eye.
There's no the girl.
"You shouldn't stay there."
He looks around. Nothing. Yet the voice was close.
And suddenly she appears, a cap in hand.
"Uh, were you invisible there?"
She brushes off his question with a wave of her hand.
"It's not important. You should really get out of here. This is going to get out of hand. Those two are just getting warmed up and they won't be able to be stopped soon."
Spider-Man swallows.
"PERCY! STOP DEFENDING YOURSELF!"Shouts another kid, a fireball in hand.
"Of course I will! You think I didn't see your little trick, Leo?!"
"We're sure you'd never do that!"shouts another young girl, riding a huge horse.
"Hazel, I would have believed you if Jason hadn't jumped on me while Frank was talking to me!"
The beating stops.
"We had no choice! You are accused of murder, nothing worse for a Roman! It was necessary to take precautions!"Defends himself the young blond.
"And by taking precautions you mean disembarking with lightning and fireballs, arrows, a supersonic horse and skeletons? That's nice, guys!"
"It's because we know your power that we don't take you lightly! And we were right, apparently!"The one called Leo takes offence.
