Blaze and Emerald had just left the gym with Amy. The pink hedgehog was all healed up thanks to Blossom. Thank goodness the nurse outfit wasn't just a Halloween costume. Rouge was right behind them. After hearing that Damien was the one who took Shadow, she left her friends Dawa the Snow Leopard, who was dressed like a pop star, and Eva the Dog, who was dressed like a clown, to aide in the search. Apparently, she had been questioning them about the fog machine and asked for an extra pair of eyes for the video Omega had saved from Emerald's communicator. All they were able to make out was what Emerald had already seen. Just a pair of red eyes. There was a bit of motion behind the fog, however it was too dark to see exactly what it was.
Emerald sighed. "Do you really think it was a good idea to leave Tails at the party?" He might have been able to find clues they couldn't or even recheck to security cameras for anything she and Wendy might have missed.
"Yes, if panic should arise, he will our best bet at holding down the fort until we return." Blaze responded. He, along with Blossom, Dawa, and Eva, decided it would be best to stay and make sure the party went off without a hitch. One major bad accident could turn into a whole slue of issues if someone isn't there to calm everyone down.
As they headed down the hallway, Arrow ran up to them. Apparently, he was in such panic that he forgot to even use his faster hoverboard. The falcon panted and held up a finger to tell them to wait a minute for him to catch his breath.
"Arrow, what happened?" Blaze asked once he lowered his hand.
Before the falcon could answer, Amy looked around behind him. "Wait, where's Wendy?"
"Yeah, about that-" Arrow started.
"Don't tell me you lost her!" Amy put her hands on her hips.
Arrow didn't say anything. Everyone looked at him. "Well, she told not me not to tell her!"
Amy huffed and crossed her arms. "Hahaha, hilarious." She stated sarcastically.
Rouge leaned into Emerald. "What's gotten into her?"
Emerald sighed. "She blames Arrow for Sonic and Silver's disappearance."
"Ah, gotcha."
Blaze pushed past Amy. "Arrow, just tell us what happened."
The falcon thought for a moment to figure out to explain the situation before continuing. "Well, I was looking around in the cafeteria and Wendy headed over toward the theatre to look around. When I finished, I decided to use my trap cameras to see where she was. Once I thought I found her, I rode over there only to find that her staff was lying on the ground next to some sort of strange hat."
Amy shoved Blaze to the side and started shaking Arrow. "So, you're telling me that you just left her to wander around on her own with a kidnapper on the loose?!"
"H-Hey, I-I-I k-know w-when I'm n-not w-wanted!" Arrow explained, his voice being thrown around by the shaking.
Blaze pried Amy's hands off of Arrow. "So, you have...er...'trap cameras' all around the school?"
Arrow shook his head a little bit and tried to regain his balance from all the shaking. "Just around the places I have traps in, why?" Did he really have a camera this whole time? They could have just used that and all this would have been over!
Blaze sighed. She turned toward the falcon. "Mind if I see this camera system?"
Arrow lifted his hat off his head and revealed his master control device. "No changing anything, got it?" He asked as he handed it to her. Blaze just nodded and took the device.
