Today was a big day for you. You would be arriving to Inazuma shortly and you had never been more excited for anything in your entire life. What were the people like there? Were they nice? Were they threatening like a certain ginger-haired idiot? You had yet to find out.

The ship docks and everyone files out while you get your belongings, running into Beidou. "Hey Y/n. You look nervous. Don't worry, I have someone that will be helping you out. You could say he's gonna be your tour guide."

"Oh, thank you. You didn't have to."

"I did. You don't even know where the nearest bathroom is."

"Okay you're right..." you sigh in defeat. You both exit the ship to see a blonde-haired man hop off a small staircase to greet you both.

"Ahoy there." the mysterious man says. (🥺🥺🥺)

"Y/n, this is Thoma. He's the one I told you that will be showing you around." Beidou says.

"O-oh. I'm Y/n. Nice to meet you Mr. Thoma."

"Oh there's no need for the whole 'Mr' thing. Just call me Thoma."

"Oh, alright. My apologies."

He chuckles, "There's no need to apologize. Come on. I'll show you around."

"Okay, thank you." You wave goodbye to Beidou and follow your tour guide. From what you could tell, Inazuma was absolutely gorgeous. It would be amazing to find a place to sit and draw, like how you did in Dragonspine with your Alchemist friend.

A voice interrupts your thoughts, "This is Ritou, the start of Inazuma. We still have a lot to explore. It's great you decided to come after the Vision Hunt Decree was disbanded, or you would be in big trouble." he winks. You're face heated up and you held onto your vision. You have a Hydro vision. Ever since you were little, you always dreamt of being able to possess a vision of your own.

"Yeah..." you reply, softly. You decided to avoid eye contact with him and take in your surroundings. There were people everywhere, and this was only the beginning. As if a turtle hiding in it's shell, you weren't much to go out in public or be around other people, but something about the man walking you around made you feel a little better that you were out for once.

"If you would like, I can get you something to eat? It must have been a while since you last had a meal." he smiles.

"O-oh that would be nice. Thank you. How can I repay you?" you ask.

It took him a moment to answer, as if something was on his mind. Before you could speak, he replies with, "Oh, it's nothing. Perhaps we could get to know each other a little more? I'm really curious what it's like in Mondstadt at the time. I haven't been to my hometown in ages."

"I can do that." you smile. His face heated up a bit, which took you a couple of seconds to notice if you were dreaming or not.

He turned around and let out a small sigh, "Of course! The nearest restaurant is this way." You followed him without saying a word. Were you pretending or did he just blush? Surely it was your imagination...right?

You arrive to a small restaurant when you randomly think, "is this a date???" Your face heats up again and you try to hide it.

Thoma snaps you from your thoughts, "What would you like to eat?" You stare at him, completely oblivious as to what he just said. You noticed you were staring too much and looked away. "Ah, this is your first time. I'll order something good. I promise." You nod and sit down next to him. "You felt something warm wrap around you, "There's no need to be nervous. I'll be there for you whenever you need me, okay?"

"Yeah." is all you could cough up without accidentally saying something weird. You were still stiff from the close proximity, his arm still wrapped around you. He didn't seem to notice, or at least he pretended not to.

Your food is given to you both and he pats you on the head. "I hope you like it. It's one of my personal favorites." You smile and you both begin to eat.

Today was the start of a new chapter, a new adventure that you were excited to explore. You knew the both of you would get along very well. Where shall your journey take you first?
