OH MY GOD THOMA GETS RELEASED TODAY. Everyone keeps saying he's bad but y'all shouldn't be basing off of his trial character stuff. Obviously, give him a Crit Dmg or Crit Rate Polearm (an Energy Recharge polearm could work). Do not give him 4 piece Noblesse Oblige. Give him 2 piece Noblesse Oblige and 2 piece Crimson Witch of Flames or 4 piece Crimson Witch of Flames. MAKE SURE AT LEAST ONE OF HIS ARTIFACTS HAS HP ON IT! He scales off of HP so it will be important for him to have a lot of HP! Hopefully that helped a bit. I already have his build ready so we'll see what happens...
