IT HAS BEEN A FEW WEEKS SINCE anne and Gilbert started dating and because of the two different cliques they've decided to keep there relationship a secret
Anne was at her locker getting stuff out of it, when she did, Gilbert surprisingly came up to Anne, when Anne closed her locker, gilbert stood there with a flower, more like a rose in his hand
"a pretty flower for a pretty lady," said Gilbert as he talked smoothly, Anne takes the rose before smelling it
"why thank you Mr Smooth but you really shouldn't have,"
"I wanted to," said gilbert as he intertwined his fingers with Anne as the couple trotted down the hall "Besides what kind of boyfriend would I be if I didn't walk you to class,"
"True," smiled Anne as she shrugged her shoulders, she came to a stop at a door before turning to Gilbert as she grabbed her books
"Thanks gil, see you at lunch?"
"You betcha." Said Gilbert as he winked, he waved at Anne before walking away
"What's up with you and Gilbert?" Asked a brown haired girl as she whispered to Anne
"Whatever do you mean?" Asked Anne as she passed the girl, the brown haired girl rolled her eyes before turning to Anne
"Don't be delusional, I know somethings up with you and Gilbert,"
"Jane you are mistaken," said Anne "besides we're just good friends,"
"Ok class open tour textbooks to page 234,"
"Yeah 'good friends'" said Jane as she air quoted good friends before turning around, Anne sighed as she opened her book

It was after school and Anne was waiting for Bertha her mother to pick her up. When she was waiting she felt a pair of hands cover her eyes.
"Guess who!"
"Diana?" Asked Anne as she smiled, Gilbert moved his hands before speaking
"I'm not that feminine," laughed Gilbert
"Well I'm sorry," said Anne "besides what are you doing after school?"
Gilbert sighed
"I got a job... I was about to head there want to come?"
"Maybe another time, my mom and my great aunt want to go to the mall and bond," said Anne
"Anne Shirley!"
"That's my cue... I better go," said Anne "let me know how your job goes,"
