Author's Note:

And I am finally back! I hope that I can officially finish this book and I hope that I will not disappoint. For all who waited, thank you very much. I really appreciate you all for actually waiting that long 💜💜

There were also some references to songs, just saying if you notice it later on heheh

Enjoy reading!

The lines I wrote until this one were made a long time ago too hahaha

Yet all she ever wanted was freedom. Not mansions, not private jets, not branded clothes and bags, but freedom.

When she was a child, she thought that it was for her sake. When she grew older, she finally knew that it is for their sakes. Their damned happiness in exchange of her freedom. Those avaricious smiles painted on their faces in exchange of the salty liquid falling out of her once vivacious eyes.

Invisible chains had her suffocating and she is even caged in their dungeon disguised as what they call 'heaven'. She wanted to escape, she really does, but she ends up getting caught red-handed by someone whenever she was near to finally letting the freshness of the air engulf her skin. Once the light of the moon shines in her bedroom, lighting it if these lamps and bulbs are off, she can only watch how the stars twinkle in the dark sky, while wishing that there were no eyes surrounding her.

She doesn't know what she can do to get out of her own cage. After all, it has already been seventeen years of staying. All of the methods she tried ends up exactly in the same way, ashes.
